"We all had a great time. Lloyd was a great help with directions. Great location. It got very cold and we all stayed warm when at the Lodge."

  • Worth every bit of the drive!

"First a BIG THANKS to Tom and Mitzi for letting us use their home on our vacation! Coming to Bozeman with our entire family was a little stressful to begin with but once we arrived in Montana and saw our "home" for the week all the anxiety went away! The grounds and the house were both beautiful and perfect! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us and the interior of the house worked out great for our group. Having the creek run through the backyard was the highlight for everyone! My two young nephews and even myself and my brother couldn't stay out of it! Listening to it while you fall asleep was also an added bonus! I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking to rent a place for a good value, with a helpful honest owner and good time! Make sure to pet and say Hi to Wallace while you are there! Thanks again Tom for lending us your mountain paradise! Phil Witteman and family"

  • Great Place to Stay~

"My wife and I stayed in the one bedroom unit called Gracious Urban Abode. We loved it. It was quaint, quiet, clean and well appointed. Everything worked -- TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fridge, stove, stack-style washer and dryer and more. It all was very well maintained. The location can not be beat. Everything from a deli to shopping to dining and entertainment is within an easy walk. The communication from Annie was prompt and we could not have received better service. We travel a lot and do not rave about every place we stay. We highly recommend Flats Above Main."

  • Montana at it's finest!!

"My husband & I spent five days in this PERFECT cabin! Jeff & Jen's workmanship made this cabin an inviting haven! Super clean, well appointed, beautiful views - definitely home away from home!! We had just the weather we were hoping for, snow & a cozy, romantic cabin to relax in. We traveled to Yellowstone several times, but spent the rest of the time exploring Bozeman and the surrounding areas. Several recommendations for restaurants: The Garage was amazing! Nova Cafe for breakfast was very yummy! John Bozeman's Bistro was a great romantic dinner! (We love the fact that so many of Bozeman's eating establishments are almost solely locally sourced!) This cabin is definitely the place to stay in the Bozeman/Gallatin Valley area and Jeff & Jen are wonderful hosts!! We could not have asked for a more perfect time, location, accommodations or hosts! Can't wait to come back!"

Bozeman Travel Tips

The Advantages of Staying at Bozeman Vacation Rentals

Bozeman is in the scenic Gallatin Valley in the mountains of southwest Montana. It was named after the pioneer, John Bozeman, who made his living guiding settlers through the mountains in the 19th century. This unspoiled area is a natural paradise for those who enjoy the great outdoors as it is surrounded by national forest and stunning scenery. This beautiful area of the Rockies is nicknamed the “Garden of Montana.” Those wanting the convenience of shops, restaurants, museums and evening entertainment will not be disappointed as Bozeman caters for all tastes.

Choosing a log cabin or vacation home is the best way to experience rural life in Montana. Whether there are two or 10 of you, there is plenty of room in a Bozeman vacation rental home. A cabin makes the ideal base for exploring the area each day, returning home to a comfortable bed and warm fire on chilly evenings. Full amenities include a useful washer/dryer unit and fully equipped kitchen. Pick up supplies in nearby Bozeman and eating in will be fun and save money for other extravagancies such as rafting, horseback trekking or a visit to the hot springs in the area.
