"Enjoyed the cabin during our three day weekend of skiing at Red Lodge. The garage is a great as it served as a mudroom for the family to put on / take off our ski gear. Also gave us a spot to keep our skis and snowboards at night. Was also a great location for my wife and daughters to walk one block over and shop on Red Lodge's quaint main street."

"We recently spent five days at Mission Ranch Lodge and could have stayed many more. Six adults with much more room than we needed. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Such a comfortable home, gorgeous kitchen with everything you could possibly want. The view out the back is amazing. The creek on the side of the house is beautiful. We had whitetail deer visit every morning and evening. The house is located in a beautiful area with lots to do. Only an hour away from the north entrance to Yellowstone, a few minutes to the quaint towns of Livingston and Big Timber. Rich, the ranch manager, gave us a very informative tour. Darcy, one of the owners, was amazing to work with...always very reachable and so pleasant. I would highly recommend this property."

"My family of 5 were extremely happy with the home we rented. It was very clean. In a great location, had a nice shared backyard. The 4 bedrooms sleeps 8 people and 3 bathrooms were very comfortable indeed."

Great House for Ski out....Ski in is another matter all together.
"My group of 17 adults skiers really enjoyed was the House had to offer in handling such a large group. Each room was well furnished and the accommodations were comfortable. Hats off to the management company for making our stay very easy and comfortable. Btw, having 5-adults stay in the bunk room on the lower floor is a bit challenging....as they had to spread out into the lower living room space to accommodate all their gear.
Otherwise, the house fit our needs pretty well, except I'd recommend the owner invest in a much better set of cutlery for the kitchen and a more robust wifi system. The preparation knives were very basic and our group has some top notch chefs. The wifi system can't handle more than 10 to 15 devices logged into the router. Since AT&T is really the only cell carrier in the mountain region, most folks on Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile had to access their smart phones via the wifi network. Hence, with a house full of 17 professional workers, we maxed out and exceeded the wifi capabilities on a daily basis.
A couple of tips for future folks to consider. (1) The house is easy to get too, but the drive-way is on a down-hill slope....meaning the main road is above the house. Hence, during the winter, 4-wheel drive vehicles are a must. Also, be cautious around the house during warm days as ice builds up on in front of the main entrance. (2) There is a good grocery store (Roxi) in the main town before you get to the mountain area. It's very well stocked with reasonable prices. Btw, most of the mountain restaurants have reasonable priced food....given it's a main tourist area. (3) If you're out hiking on warmer days, as it was back during our stay (Feb 28th to March 7th), make sure to get a pair of yak-tracks for your boots. With warm days, there was a lot of ice on the trails. Hence the need for yak-tracks which strap onto your boots. We had one gal injured in a fall on the ice trail...and spent some time with the local docs, which are great and reasonably priced services. (4) Bozeman airport is about an hour and 15 minute drive from the house....with clear roads and no snow. Easy to get from and to. (5) The Mountain is huge....and even with a light snow base of 40 inches at the bottom, there was some great skiing to be found. (6) I recommend Lone Mountain Sports for your ski rental needs. If you have a large group like I did, talk with Jeff to get a good discount for your group."
