"We have stayed at this beautiful cabin three times and every time it feels more like home. this cabin has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and if you don't have it or can't find it Zig or Mallie will make sure that they get it for you. The beauty out in this area is outstanding, fishing is world renowned the river is just outside your door and has the most relaxing hum as the water flows over the rocks, it is very tranquil in the summer when the windows are open it will put you right to sleep. My husband and I just came back from a hunting trip and stayed again at the fishing cabin just as beautiful and relaxing as summer (maybe even more if that is possible), Don't hesitate to stay at the fishing cabin you wont be disappointed!"

"As the owners of a VRBO rental ourselves, we really enjoy staying at other VRBOs to get a sense of how they welcome their guests. The Grey Wolf cabin did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay there. My favorite part was the reading material available in the cabin and the plethora of lamps for reading. After a bomber day driving across Yellowstone, it was great to come back to the cabin, build a fire and read about what we had seen that day. We saw tons of wildlife and Yellowstone was outrageous. Thank you!"

"What a fabulous cabin with a great location for visiting the park, and exploring all the area has to offer. Checked off another item on my bucket list when we got to see the wolves in the Lamar Valley. Perfect property for our traveling companion - our daughters dog. Patricia was a wonderful host and we have to say a special thanks since she personally delivered the news of our granddaughters birth. (There is no cell service in Cooke City. Wireless is available at the chamber of commerce) The cabin is full of character, perfect for two couples or family with kids who don't mind the lack of TV or Wifi. It's a little dark, but we spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and the wildlife. Close to Cooke City for picking up groceries at the local general store and just a few miles from the park make this an ideal location. We would come back!"

"My husband and I stayed at this wonderful little cabin in June, 2014 during a two month road trip. We wanted to be convenient to the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone for wildlife watching. It is also at the base of both the Beartooth Scenic Highway and the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway, two of the most beautiful drives in America. The owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions we had. There was also a caretaker on the property who was there if you needed anything. This cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is within steps to a great little restaurant and across the street from a little store where you can pick up limited supplies, souvenirs, and even rent a spotting scope for your trip into Yellowstone. We had the full gamut of weather, which is to be expected in June, and so spent some time sitting in the sun out by the creek on a couple of warm days and spent a cozy, snowy afternoon by the fireplace on another. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already planning another visit."
