"We stayed two nights (January); it was so wonderful. It is a small, picturesque cabin. The perfect place to catch up on a book, eat some bison chili and unwind. There's some wildlife meandering now & again - a bonus! You are really off the beaten path and it's so pretty. The bed we slept in (of the two bedrooms) was very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and such. It's 10-15min from the Big Sky resort/hotels - so you *are* out in the woods and yet still close to other activities as well. The owner(s) emailed the day before our arrival and asked if she could make any recommendations for activities, restaurants etc. - she was so kind & helpful throughout the entire process.
We'd love to go back in warmer weather to experience the pond etc. as well!
Get some groceries on your way in to Big Sky (grocery stores *in* Big Sky are pricier, get some wine, make some hot cocoa...and snuggle up. AND...f you ever thought of writing - this is a writer's heaven...so write that essay or book ...or blog away!
Small, intimate, snuggly and WONDERFUL"
