Wonderful Family Reunion!
"My family got together for a family reunion at this home for a week and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We had several couples who stayed here, and found nothing but enjoyment. It was large enough for this big group, the kitchen is fabulous - especially for those who love to cook as my sister-in-law did - and was well equipped for just that purpose. Plenty of sleeping areas and the deck was a favored spot on the trip. The wildlife joined the family every day, and allowed for great photos. We have nothing but great things to say for the Be Your Guest Home; owners were terrific to work with and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here!"

"Three couples shared the house just about a week ago, and at first sight we were really blown away by the house itself and the view. I think the owner really tried to make us comfortable and the list of activities she provided were very helpful. I would remark that the drive up the mountain takes longer than would be imagined because the road is winding and after dark it requires slow going. Also, renters should be aware that there are two long stairways to enter the home. We found that it took us about 30 minutes to get to the North entrance of Yellowstone. The beauty and tranquility of the setting can't be exaggerated, and for families the home would be really great. The owner was so accommodating and lovely - she really added to the experience and we thank her very much."

"We just had a family gathering after deciding on Yellowstone and looked a lot before choosing Eagles Nest. The location is off the beaten path but that is exactly what we wanted. We found it was well worth the slow but gorgeous drive up the mountain if you want seclusion, breathtaking views and hiking right out of your cabin. The cabin is well stocked and has a wonderful fireplace and comfy beds. We drove to the park two days and spent those days hiking and viewing the popular tourist sites. The other two days we had great hikes right from the cabin. The official park boundary is not far from the cabin and on one hike we went right into the park! The drive from the highway up to the cabin is slow with switchbacks, but easy to find with the detailed directions we received and the road was in surprisingly good condition. I would recommend this cabin without hesitation!"
