"Fantastic vacation!! Location was great, right on the river...it was a blend of being remote enough so you could enjoy nature, but close enough to everything you need. We had 15 people in the house coming from all over the country and Canada...there was plenty of room for everyone to have the space they needed. The back deck helped make the trip...we could sit on the back porch, look at the view and listen to the water running by. There was room there for everyone to eat on the deck next to the grill and the grandkids loved to play out there constantly. House was only 10 miles to get in Yellowstone, and the town of Gardiner at the entrance to the park was fun to see. We went river rafting while there as well as several other activities that were nearby. DruAnn was the greatest of hosts...you could sense that she wanted you to enjoy your time there and was always quickly available if/when needed. Would definitely recommend and plan to go back again."

"We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! It's close to Yellowstone but far enough out to feel the tucked away. Susan was an excellent host and had all the necessities for hiking and sight seeing, including bear spray and bug spray. She was also a wealth of information for local hikes and food that were even better than Yellowstone. We recommend Tom Miner park, Ramshorn Peak hike. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"

"We absolutely LOVED this cabin! We even changed our plans a little to stick around the cabin a little more than we originally thought we would! The cabin is extremely clean (Very Important to this Mom!), had everything we needed to make meals at the cabin, and we really felt like we were at "home" while we were there. Saw lots of prong horn and elk on our stay. Took lots of good hikes. Our girls loved the separate bedroom, as they could watch whatever they wanted on TV, but still had separate beds. So much room it's amazing! We would vacation there again. Owners were a great deal of help in suggesting places to go and things to do, and were very easy to talk with. We enjoyed our stay very much and found it very hard to leave."

"Of the many VRBO properties I've rented, this place ranks at the very top. It's meticulously clean, well furnished with many antiques, quiet, and with bookshelves filled with Montana books. The charming bungalow is two-blocks from Livingston's vibrant Main Street and its bookstores, coffee houses, public library, museums, and restaurants. The owner runs a tight ship which means that when you arrive, the place will be in A+ condition. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-week holiday here and will definitely book another visit. Incidentally, Yellowstone NP is less than an hour drive from Livingston. Historic Virginia City and Nevada City are about 90 minutes from the rental property. In short, this property is a great rental for the price. You won't find a better value."
