  • Clean and well-stocked!

"The house is clean and well-stocked, with plenty of both private and common space. The views of the Paradise Valley are spectacular. The house is very accessible to Yellowstone, Chico Hot Springs, and many other recreation opportunities."

  • Montana Beauty

"Our stay in Montana was amazing. We loved being close to Yellowstone. It was wonderful to drive though Yellowstone and see all the animals and Old Faithful. We also visited the Museum of the Rockies which is about an hour away and walked around Bozeman. Rodney and Diane were wonderful. Their property is beautiful. Our dogs loved being able to walk around the property."

  • Great stay at the cabin

"We just got back from a week long stay at the cabin and what a week we had. The cabin itself was very nice & clean with plenty of room and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed watching a bald eagle feed its young right across the Yellowstone river. We actually saw the eagle grab a trout out of the river! Also saw some Elk drink out of the river just across from us. The Cabin was only about 20 mins from the North entrance to yellow stone National park, which was also convenient."

  • Even better than the pictures!

"We had a fantastic stay here. All of our expectations were met or exceeded! Everything was as described in the listing. We would recommend this home to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future. Some things you can't tell from the pictures or description: * Super Clean. * River is closer than it looks in the pictures. Property is even prettier in person. * If you google earth/maps/street view it, you can see that it is close to a road. Don't be alarmed! This is the East River Road and there was very little traffic. Also, the speed limit is 35mph, so no roaring traffic. Completely peaceful. * The two bathrooms are much better in person than in the pictures. They are modern, new(ish), and very clean. * Fishing was good - but could be a challenging spot for beginners. The area directly in front of and downstream of the house is a pretty severe cut bank. I had better luck walking up or downstream to a couple of less steep areas that had more of a gravel bar (step down to the high water mark if crossing into other properties!). This was especially good for fishing with kids who were just learning. I fished for maybe two hours per day and caught ~10 fish in that span. Couple of rainbows and lots of whitefish. One small brown trout. We were fly fishing catch and release only. * Every room in the house has great views of the Yellowstone river and Paradise Valley. Truly beautiful and the house takes advantage of it. * The master suite is awesome. Tall ceilings and looks right out at the river. Master bathroom has great views. While in the shower one morning, I watched an osprey dive into the river and take off with a fish! * One of the rooms is purely a lending library (w/ the washer/dryer in it). Fun to see all of the books that were there and again - great views out the window. Would be a nice room to read in if you weren't sitting out on the giant porch in one of the rockers or the swing. * Just right for 7 people. We had 3 kids who loved the loft area with the twin beds, and also two grandparents along. Didn't feel crowded and everyone had a great place to sleep. We spent our days doing day trips to yellowstone. It is about 20 minutes from the house to Gardiner/the entrance to the park. The house was an awesome home base for those day trips and again we would recommend it for anyone!"
