  • Multiple-family NYE get-away

"We chose this house as our big NYE vacation spot. We were 4 families, all with kids between the ages of 1-9. There were plenty of comfy, spacious bedrooms for everyone- including a couple bedrooms large enough for pack n plays. We all had something to do the whole time- hiking the gorgeous hills around the property, making fires outside in the fire pit, jumping on the tramp, hot tubbing and of course, ping pong! The kitchen and dining area was really the hit amoungst the grown-ups. There was plenty of space for multiple cooks and then dining table, beside the kitchen, was a perfect spot to hang while the meal was being prepped. The big treat for me was the in-floor heat. It made for a truly cozy get-away. We made wonderful memories and are already talking about coming back during summer months."

  • Quirky and cozy cabin with stunning views

"My husband and I definitely lucked out when we rented this cabin during our honeymoon vacation to Yellowstone. The area surrounding the cabin is absolutely picturesque, with a large river within walking distance that winds through the mountains. After crossing a quaint bridge that spans the river, we encountered herds of deer and elk grazing in the rolling hills, birds soaring overhead, and a stunning view of the Yellowstone mountains. Susan was quick to greet us, was genuinely kind and friendly, and was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. The cabin has it's own charm and character, was well stocked with everything we needed, and came with all the necessary amenities (fast wifi, etc.). At night we particularly enjoyed falling asleep in the master loft to the incredible view of the milky way. In the morning, we drank tea on the patio overlooking the mountains and quietly watched a baby fawn and her mother traverse the front lawn. The abundant wildlife in the area, the stunning mountain and river views, and it's proximity to Yellowstone park make this cabin a rare and beautiful find."

  • Excellent stay!

"We were visiting Livingston for a wedding and were looking for a place to stay other than a motel. We were more than pleased with our choice! The bungalow is stocked with whatever you may need! It was clean, comfortable and very convenient for us. It rained he whole time we were there so we didn't get to enjoy any of the hiking or fishing but we did enjoy the Chico swim passes that were left for us! Would highly recommend!"

  • Clean, Spacious, Comfortable, and Quiet. Great Value.

"This rental offered us everything we were looking for. We had ample room for our family of five to sleep, spread out, cook, eat, and relax. We were reasonably close to Yellowstone. The view of the mountain out the front door is quite spectacular. There were laundry machines availabile in the rental. There were even mule deer wandering in the meadow off the back deck every morning and evening. If we were to offer any small suggestions, it would be to offer: • Brochures of what is in the area; Chico hot springs is a few miles away – a must visit; • Simple information page on how to run the dish network (possibly a channel line-up) • Information of local doctors / clinics (just in case) • A list closest groceries • Menus from the local bakery and tea house Nonetheless, the people in this small town are all kind enough to share this information. The family who owns the tea room next door is very friendly as well. They even offered to stay open late to prepare us meals or even to prepare picnic lunches for us. The local fly fishing shop is well stocked, offered good advice and is set up to guide trips. We would look forward to staying here again - perhaps a bit longer next time."
