  • Montana Beauty

"Our stay in Montana was amazing. We loved being close to Yellowstone. It was wonderful to drive though Yellowstone and see all the animals and Old Faithful. We also visited the Museum of the Rockies which is about an hour away and walked around Bozeman. Rodney and Diane were wonderful. Their property is beautiful. Our dogs loved being able to walk around the property."

  • Exceptional

"Hi Sarah, just a note to let you know we arrived home safely and also to thank you again for our absolutely wonderful visit to Montana. The cabin was fantastic, a place I could live out my life, but it would need some closet space for my "stuff" either that or I would have to get rid of my "stuff" which I probably should do anyhow. As we were leaving the forest, yes we went thru Yellowstone on the way out I got to see my wolf, I was so excited because the whole purpose of the visit was to see the wolves. With the stay at the cabin which by the way was beautiful during the snowstorm, then looking out to see the deer in the field next to the cabin, the additional viewing of the wolves, the entire visit was beyond our expectations. Yes we will be planning another visit in the future, until then stay well, be safe and thank you for everything."

  • Great Spot for a Family Vacation

"We spent a wonderful week here with our four grown children, ages 22-29. Between the house and apartment, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautifully set right on the river and we watched deer, eagles and osprey from the front porch. It is in a great location and over the course of the week we went fishing, hiking, rafting, and riding (and saw a bear!). We soaked in the Chico Hot Springs, ate a few delicious meals in Livingston and had a great day in Yellowstone Park. After every adventure, it was so nice coming back to the house to relax, watch the sunset over the river, cook a big dinner and end the day sitting around the fire pit, looking up at that amazing sky full of stars. Having our whole gang together for a week was a huge treat and spending that week here was the icing on the cake."

  • Perfect location, spectacular setting, cozy house

"Terrific location for enjoying the spectacular scenery, great hiking, and generally soaking up Montana. The house is cozy and in a really wonderful location for visiting Yellowstone, local hiking trails, enjoying the Yellowstone river, and so much more. The neighbors are very nice too! Convenient to grocery shopping in Livingston if you want to cook, and also to the Yellowstone Valley Lodge Grill (thanks to the owners for the recommendation). In Livingston, Katabatic Brewing has a great Scotch Ale that is not to be missed, and Neptune's Brewery has the best fish and chips we've ever had."
