  • Great Spot for a Family Vacation

"We spent a wonderful week here with our four grown children, ages 22-29. Between the house and apartment, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautifully set right on the river and we watched deer, eagles and osprey from the front porch. It is in a great location and over the course of the week we went fishing, hiking, rafting, and riding (and saw a bear!). We soaked in the Chico Hot Springs, ate a few delicious meals in Livingston and had a great day in Yellowstone Park. After every adventure, it was so nice coming back to the house to relax, watch the sunset over the river, cook a big dinner and end the day sitting around the fire pit, looking up at that amazing sky full of stars. Having our whole gang together for a week was a huge treat and spending that week here was the icing on the cake."

  • Clean and well-stocked!

"The house is clean and well-stocked, with plenty of both private and common space. The views of the Paradise Valley are spectacular. The house is very accessible to Yellowstone, Chico Hot Springs, and many other recreation opportunities."

  • Beautiful spot

"Wonderful stay. Great location. Close to Yellowstone, which is not to be missed, but we found that we also couldn't wait to get "home" to relax on the porch or around the outdoor fire pit, crank up the BBQ, and drink in the gorgeous views of rolling meadows and hills, surrounding mountains, big skies, brilliant stars and mule deer in the yard. We preferred Paradise Valley to Yellowstone. Beautiful, peaceful, without the crowds. Scenic drives/walks, and access to river fishing and kayaking -- all right there. Don't miss Old Yellowstone Trail (near the house) and the Cinnabar Basin to drive/walk. The house worked out perfectly for us; not luxurious but nice, and comfortable with really everything we needed. Darci and Scott, the property managers, were terrific, and owner Steve very helpful, accommodating and responsive."

  • Great stay at the cabin

"We just got back from a week long stay at the cabin and what a week we had. The cabin itself was very nice & clean with plenty of room and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed watching a bald eagle feed its young right across the Yellowstone river. We actually saw the eagle grab a trout out of the river! Also saw some Elk drink out of the river just across from us. The Cabin was only about 20 mins from the North entrance to yellow stone National park, which was also convenient."
