  • Truly Paradise in Paradise Valley!

"My husband and family have enjoyed this vacation rental many times (5 to be exact) and it's a gem. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. The views and location are extraordinary. JT, the owner, was always ready to accomodate our needs and provide helpful tips on restaurants and activities in the area. We have travelled and rented via vrbo numerous times and this is our favorite! It's also perfect for family reunions, with plenty of bedrooms, sitting areas, hot tub, fishing on the river, and nearby scenic drives and walks. We love Matt's Butcher Shop for wonderful meat and sandwiches, the Stockman for burgers, and the Livingston Bar and Grill for great beef and salmon. We highly recommend Green Acres and hope to get back again."

  • The Schoolhouse - The best place we've ever stayed

"The Homestead Cabin was booked so my girlfriend and I stayed at the Schoolhouse for 3 nights. We've stayed in a lot of cottages, cabins, and hotels in the US and across Europe, and the Schoolhouse turned out to be the best place we have ever stayed in, absolutely, hands down. Sarah has beautifully restored the building and it's done to the highest specification, down to the last detail. The decorations, linens, rugs and furniture were all very tasteful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The sinks and other fittings were incredibly nice and unique (we especially liked the bathroom sink and the lights over the kitchen), and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The whole cabin was so clean and inviting and cosy; the perfect romantic respite from a day's long hike or the hustle and bustle of Yellowstone. We had a great time stargazing from the porch, with the sound of the creek running close by. Although there are other cabins/houses nearby, it still felt very secluded and private, which was just perfect for our trip. Sarah was a brilliant host; she was helpful, kind and friendly - she made us feel so welcome. We honestly didn't want to leave, and would come back in a heartbeat."

  • Perfect for our family

"What a great cabin! Very comfortable for our family. Far enough from the attractions to not feel like a tourist, close enough to not drive yourself crazy with driving to much. Clean, nice amenities, made our stay stress free. Thank you!!"

  • Awesome Cabin!

"The Golden Grizzly was a amazing cabin in a great location. The finishes and rustic decorations were truly one of a kind. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable and provided us with some of the most refreshing sleep we've ever experienced. The cabin is settled on a rise with 360 degree views of mountains and the Paradise Valley. There was wildlife all around. We saw deer each day and a couple of resident partridge in the yard each morning. Eagles, prairie dogs and other animals were also frequently seen. We would definitely return."
