"My husband and family have enjoyed this vacation rental many times (5 to be exact) and it's a gem. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. The views and location are extraordinary. JT, the owner, was always ready to accomodate our needs and provide helpful tips on restaurants and activities in the area. We have travelled and rented via vrbo numerous times and this is our favorite! It's also perfect for family reunions, with plenty of bedrooms, sitting areas, hot tub, fishing on the river, and nearby scenic drives and walks. We love Matt's Butcher Shop for wonderful meat and sandwiches, the Stockman for burgers, and the Livingston Bar and Grill for great beef and salmon. We highly recommend Green Acres and hope to get back again."

"We could not have picked a better cabin to stay at! We loved everything about it! Vicky was so friendly and sweet. She made the best Rhubarb treats :-) if you get a chance check out her husband Gary's Gallery he's got some incredible work. Thank you again Vicky for everything."

"My husband and I had a fantastic time in this wonderful Paradise Valley River House. Great location for our fly fishing, YNP and Chico Resort outings. The scenery is beautiful and the house has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation."

"Terrific location for enjoying the spectacular scenery, great hiking, and generally soaking up Montana. The house is cozy and in a really wonderful location for visiting Yellowstone, local hiking trails, enjoying the Yellowstone river, and so much more. The neighbors are very nice too! Convenient to grocery shopping in Livingston if you want to cook, and also to the Yellowstone Valley Lodge Grill (thanks to the owners for the recommendation). In Livingston, Katabatic Brewing has a great Scotch Ale that is not to be missed, and Neptune's Brewery has the best fish and chips we've ever had."
