"First, I want to thank the owner Phil, who was a great help from the beginning. I received all necessary info in advance. His condo has everything you need. You also have a free access to Huntley pool, which is in a walking distance across parking lot. We did CC-ski at Loan Mountain Ranch, and it was enjoyable. The only disadvantage was a very weak WI-FI. We brought a mobile internet with us and used it to watch movies on the computer."

  • Best vacation EVER!

"It was indeed a refuge. So serene, by the North Fork with its beautiful voice. Great place for morning coffee or with a book, even in cold or rain! Inside is totally quiet, we could not hear anything from master bedroom, even with others being rowdy in the main living area. Location is halfway between Bozeman & Yellowstone, perfect for accessing both. Bozeman is spectacular with great, inexpensive eateries and the must-see Museum of the Rockies. Hikes with every distance & degree of difficulty all around the area. Fishing fantastic but be sure to reserve a guide for 4 hrs for maximum fun. If we could, we would buy the home! we have travelled the US extensively"

  • A Wonderful Week in Yellowstone!

"We spent 5 nights at the Mountain Bluebell to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations at the Mountain Bluebell cabin! It was just as advertised - very clean and nice, comfortable bed, adequately equipped kitchen, easily accessible and fantastic views! There are other cabins within sight, but after hiking and fishing all day, travelling a very short distance (<1 minute walk) for a great meal is really nice. Having said all that, the proximity to the best part of Yellowstone is what will keep us coming back! A twenty minute drive puts you in the heart of the Lamar Valley and its incomparable wildlife, hiking and fishing. We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Fully stocked spacious cabin! Paved access road and WiFi would have made it excellent

"I use VRBO rentals extensively (5-6 times a year), but never write reviews because most of the times our experience matches the reviews. I write here because there were couple of crucial information missing in the previous reviews. Overall it is a nice cabin, with everything fully stocked. The scenery around is awesome, with the Yellowstone river flowing right in front! Marty, the owner was very helpful in providing all the information upfront. He was flexible in adjusting the dates when we had to change our travel plans slightly. Also got the refund of the security deposit promptly. In short, I agree with all the positives from previous reviews. Couple of points missing in the previous reviews. 1) There are no paved roads from either direction for 5 miles and 3 miles. I have driven on unpaved roads in the past, but unfortunately during our week of stay it was so rugged that I was worried if the shock absorbers in my vehicle would survive for our 6 days of stay. Of course, Marty provided this information, as part of the information emails, but we never expected it to be this bad. I am not reducing a star for this because I don't know if Marty could do anything herel. 2) Had there been Wi-Fi, I still would have rated 5 stars. None of us had verizon mobile phone and without Wi-Fi, the only communication that we had was the 911 on the cell phone that Marty left in the cabin. Though there were DVDs and direct TV for entertainment, we couldn't plan our next days travel without internet connectivity. This I think is in Marty's control, since we could see the Wi-Fi endpoints for cabin 6 and 8 in our laptops/cellphones. Hope this information is useful for everyone"
