  • perfect property ,exactly as advertised

"This property has everything, plenty of sleeping rooms, kitchen has everything, and the hot tub at night was amazing. We had unlimited mule deer just walking around the property. Wireless is strong, no issues. The property was extremely clean. You can see the effort made in cleaning before each visit. The cleaning lady even left us a gift basket of trail mix and popcorn. There is a well stocked convenience store just down the street. Very easy to shop for main food items in a Livingstone. Would highly recommend dinner in the main dining room at chico hot springs. One of the best meals you can find anywhere In summary, Robert has a wonderful home with everything you need. He is very communicative and answers any question you might have on the area."

  • Great location and home!

"My family of 5 were extremely happy with the home we rented. It was very clean. In a great location, had a nice shared backyard. The 4 bedrooms sleeps 8 people and 3 bathrooms were very comfortable indeed."

  • Great vacation appt.

"Thanks Lyn and Pete for such a clean, warm, convenient place for us to call home on our vacation. The apartment was very convenient to so many food options and shops on Main street and made the perfect home base to go skiing at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit."

  • Rejuvenating Retreat

"The Barn on the Banks was the perfect place to get away from the demands of the day. (I was here on "business" rather than vacation.) When we first arrived it was apparent that this was more than just a place to stay, it was a home-away-from-home, incredibly clean; Ken and Linda warm and hospitable and available if we had any needs. There are a lot of small details that we began to spy over time. Linda has a creative touch to the decor that is amusing. The Barn is well stocked with everything needed for full meals and enjoyable adventures right outside the front door like fishing tackle and binoculars to watch the elk and antelope across the river. My favorite activity began right before the sunrise . . . a cup of coffee, an easy chair with a view of Electric Mountain right out the window. Every morning I would watch the sun visit the top of the peak and then slowly make its way down the slope. The "sunrise show" was different every morning as the light danced differently depending upon the morning clouds. Ken and Linda are wonderful hosts. They asked us multiple times whether or not we needed anything. I would highly recommend the Barn on the Banks."
