  • PERFECT!

"Our family had a great time in Bozeman over Christmas & really enjoyed the townhouse. It is nice and clean, comfortable, and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what I was looking for to get in some quality R & R. I walked the dogs several times a day in the neighborhood and really enjoyed the scenery. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Awesome Vacation!

"This was a beautiful and welcoming condo for our visit to Big Sky and Yellowstone. We enjoyed all the amenities, the location close to the Town Centre, and our travels to Yellowstone, the Wolf & Grizzly Discovery Center, and the Museum of the Rockies. Access to the Base Camp provided real mountain experiences for our active family. Each evening's quiet serenity provided great relaxation."

  • peaceful, comfortable retreat

"We spent a comfortable four nights in the apartment while visiting Glacier Park. The apartment is cozy with a gas wood stove for heat and ambiance. We appreciated the attention to detail; everything we could have possibly wanted for cooking or comfort was available. We appreciated the log columns, the beautiful pine windowsills and the up to date bathroom. Not to mention the chilled beer glasses in the freezer! That clearly was a nice touch after a long day of hiking or sight seeing. We enjoyed the privacy and would definitely stay here again."

Montana Travel Tips

Things to See and Do at Montana Vacation Rentals

Montana cabin rentals and homes offer up wide open spaces, tall mountain ranges and abundant wildlife. It is often referred to as the Big Sky State because of its wilderness appeal. Perhaps Montana's most famous natural attraction is Yellowstone National Park and the tall geyser named "Old Faithful" that erupts on a regular basis. Yellowstone vacation rentals are close to great wildlife viewing. It is home to grizzlies, wolves, and various species of deer, elk and other antelope. There are several hiking trails in the park and one of the highlights is the hike up the Iceberg Trail. The route visits the Ptarmigan Falls and then traverses the southern shore of the glacial lake known as Iceberg Lake.

For those that enjoy water sports, Montana cabin rentals along the river offer many adventure opportunities. There is whitewater rafting, paddling and fishing to be enjoyed. Another favorite way to explore the landscapes is on horseback. There are numerous road and mountain bike trails available for cyclists. For technical riders, there are miles of forest and mountain single-track sections. When the season turns, it isn't the end of the adventures. Instead, when the snows blanket the mountains, it attracts even more visitors. Montana cabins are also close to some of the best ski resorts in North America and they are also some of the more affordable to visit. There are miles of downhill ski runs catering to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. There are also Nordic and cross country skiing trails and various snowboarding terrain parks. Snowshoeing is a popular pastime and many of the parks offer winter snowshoe hikes. There are also snow coach tours that take you sightseeing and wildlife viewing in the cozy comfort of a heated all-terrain vehicle.
