  • Don't forget your camera!!!

"Four of us recently stayed here on a ski trip to the area and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! It was close enough to town(10-15 mins) for convenience, but still had a very country feel with plenty of open space to enjoy the views...especially from the hot tub! The interior had all the comforts of home you'd expect, from a fully equipped kitchen to very comfortable beds. The drive out to the Bungalow featured all kinds of local wildlife sightings...white tail deer, golden and bald eagles, elk...not to mention the mule deer in the yard one evening. You get the picture, you won't regret staying here. Cheers!"

  • Wonderful Vacation Home

"We stayed at this lovely cabin for to full weeks in September 2014. We are frequent visitors to Yellowstone and we always stay at the Gardiner entrance to the park. Several times we have been disappointed by properties that we have rented not being what they are represented to be online. That was not the case with this stay. This cabin is simply lovely. It is an end unit with a private (cemented) parking space and lots of privacy. It has two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a kitchen, living room, and private outdoor covered patio. The living room has a television and comfortable furniture for resting after long days in the park. Each bedroom has its own television, and each has two queen size beds. The cabin also has its own laundry area which is a huge plus for a two week stay. The kitchen has everything you need (yes everything) for preparing your own meals, including many items that you rarely see in a rental property such as spices, foil, paper towels, paper napkins. It was such a treat to have such a nicely stocked kitchen. The cabin was very clean as were all of the items in the kitchen and baths. The Yellowstone river is steps from the back door and you can hear it and see it from inside the cabin with views from the kitchen and living area. It's so nice to sit on the private patio and have dinner and watch the river go by. It is very quiet at this property, the sounds of the river is all you will hear. There were guests in the adjacent cabins, however we never heard them at all. The drive two town is a 2 mile drive on a dirt road, but is easily accessed by car. We were lucky enough to see many elk and antelope right at the property and on the road. At night you can hear the elk bugling from the patio. There is a wonderful fire pit on the property (shared by all cabins in the complex) it is right on the edge of the river with lots of seating. The pictures of this cabin on VRBO represent the property nicely, however the cabin and the rooms are actually much larger than they appear in the photos. You can't go wrong with this lovely vacation home, we will be back for sure!"

  • Best Kept Secret

"The Montana Guest Home is absolutely fantastic! It exceeded out expectations in so many ways. The natural beauty, the isolation, the East Rosebud Creek, the wildlife, the hiking and the accommodations were second to none. We can't wait to go back!"

  • Great setup in a great little ski town

"Enjoyed the cabin during our three day weekend of skiing at Red Lodge. The garage is a great as it served as a mudroom for the family to put on / take off our ski gear. Also gave us a spot to keep our skis and snowboards at night. Was also a great location for my wife and daughters to walk one block over and shop on Red Lodge's quaint main street."
