  • Do Not Even Hesitate!!

"We stayed at the house/cabin for 4 days. The location is perfect for a variety of different floats on the Missouri. The cabin is extremely well equipped. Very comfortable - in fact it was beyond expectations. Really nice deck with comfortable furniture - we ate outside in October it was 70 degrees at 7pm! Clean fresh towels layed out for each person, clean linens great lighting for fly tying, great kitchen! Just before dark on the second day we were there, hooked a big fat rainbow right in front of the cabin and managed to land it at the launch right next door! Everyone loved the place and we will be back!"

  • Great week at Beehive Base Camp - and good smores

"My husband and our four daughters, ages 12 - 19, stayed at Beehive Base Camp for six nights in August. The house was gorgeous and exactly as shown in the pictures. No negative surprises. My family has rented many houses over the years and, I have to say, this one was probably best equipped we've ever stayed in. The one thing they didn't have was utensils to roast marshmellows and, when we asked Big Sky Rentals about it, they brought us some the next day - with marshmellows and chocolate bars. Now, that's service. Our hot tub was out of commission one day and they had it fixed the next. The master bedroom is amazing - terrific shower. There is also a very nice apartment over the garage with a bedroom, kitchen and living room. We didn't use it at all as there were only 6 of us. The other bedrooms were very nice with a double bed in one and two sets of bunkbeds in the other two. We had several days of rain and cool weather so we stayed in the house quite a bit. There's many great seating areas where you can snuggle up with a good book. We also used the gas fireplace. Our kids loved the pool table and air hockey downstairs. We also played games out of the game box. We did several hikes when the weather permitted. The 6.6 mile Beehive hike was quite strenous for our clan. The short Ousel Fall hike was more our speed. We also drove to Yellowstone one day. We left early and packed our lunches. It's awsome but overwhelming. You can't see it all in one day. I would go through the West entrance as the North is quite a drive. We did both. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It was a bit large for 6 people. It sleeps 14 but I think 10 or 12 would be perfect. Would be great for a big family gathering or if 2 families wanted to go together."

  • What's not to like?

"We stayed in the Firehole condo just a couple of weeks ago (Sept. 2014) - I think it's our 3rd or 4th time to stay in this condo. It is convenient to both West Yellowstone/YNP, the Madison River, the Gallatin River, Big Sky and MORE! The owner keeps the condo looking great and we find it clean, very comfortable and very relaxing - in short, the perfect vacation spot for those that like the outdoors. It has a big outdoor deck with a grill. We find it a perfect place to relax and debrief the day. It is not unusual to sit on the deck and watch a bison walk past the deck or a fox (or foxes) playing close by. We have sat on the deck and listened to coyotes bark and wolves howl. A great place to relax and drink a cup of coffee or a bev of your choice. It is close by everything we're looking for, comfortable and the price is quite reasonable for 2 bedrooms and a kitchen (we like to cook for ourselves). Oh yeah. We'll be back! • Absolutely Magnificent Space and TOP NOTCH Service

"This was our first time renting from more like a private owner rather than a larger company that owns properties. From day 1 when I saw the pics, I really liked what I saw. Christie and Ryan, the owners, were very helpful from the start in guiding me on how to get there and answering a lot of questions I had. So, another couple, my wife and myself headed up here. The space is very quaint and cozy. Tons of snow when we headed up here but the entrance, etc. had already been plowed. When you first enter the space, you are greeted with a fabulous kitchen that is actually in my opinion large for the size of the cabin. The rooms are very clean. The owners have truly put themselves in the shoes of travellers to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. They have left plenty of information about the cabin and surrounding areas in a neatly organized folder which was very useful. Perhaps this is a common thing among private owners but I was really taken aback by the top notch service we were given. A note on Christie and Ryan. These 2 individuals are hard working people who rent their space out but also have a full time job each. During our stay from the 26th through 29th, we had tons of snow. I saw both Christie and Ryan come and plow the areas to keep the driveways and steps clean for the people staying. Christie was also kind enough to get us some additional supplies we needed right after work. I will recommend these cabins in a heart beat to anyone who is looking to be very close to the mountains and GNP and are looking for a nice quaint space to have fun with friends and family, THIS IS THE PLACE without a doubt in my mind. I myself am already planning our next trip up here. Ryan and Kristie, thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. Cheers"
