"Great place to stay! Everything was great. The furniture was not top notch but allowed the kids to rough house without worrying that the furniture would be damaged. We all enjoyed watching the baby racoons climb the big cotton wood tree. The windows were smudged when we arrived but after we washed them, everything was great. The air conditioner kept everywhere in the house comfortable even though temps were in the 90"s. We would definitely stay here again. Close to downtown Omaha, Zoo, Old Market, Gene Leahy Mall. Handy to the Omaha airport and Interstate 80. Great place!"

"We spent a week at this rental home in early June with a total of four families. It was wonderful!! I had never been to Omaha so had no idea what to expect. When we got off the highway and started driving into the country I was so pleasantly surprised. The landscape was just beautiful! When we pulled of the main road and down our drive we saw rolling hills, a pond and many trees. The house was also perfect for a group our size. We had 7 adults and 6 children and had more than enough room and beds for everyone. We were there a total of six nights and the kids never even turned a TV on. Every night they would go out and look for frogs and catch fireflies. Truly great family time!! My husband and his friend also enjoyed going out on the kayaks at night and fishing in the pond on site. We also enjoyed sitting on the large deck every night grilling our dinner and enjoying the fire pit on the patio. Although it is isolated and you feel like you are miles away from anything there is also a cute little town just a few minutes away that had everything we needed. The restaurant in town was great and we also managed to find a cute little wine tasting room that the girls went and enjoyed one afternoon. All in all I highly recommend this property. If we ever make it back to the Omaha are this is where we will stay!! The owners were also wonderful to work with and were there to answer every question we needed."

"We had a group of 11 for a graduation. The house was big enough for our group and has a lot of spaces for people to break away and enjoy small conversations. The deck is wonderful. The pool table provided a lot of entertainment. Everything is as described and in excellent working order. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen which has plenty of dishes for our group. Appliances are modern."

"Our family of seven made the trip from San Antonio and Fort Worth for a memorial service with a 3-night stay. We originally had hotel reservations for three rooms but decided on all staying under one roof where we could spend the time together. We chose this location because it is close to a lot of places to eat and see in that part of Omaha, while still being able to quickly get to other parts of town.
The townhome was perfect for us since we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, and we could have privacy or hang out with everyone in the kitchen and living area. The home actually has more space than the pictures indicate and is furnished in a very comfortable, clean, and welcoming manner. Our four-year-old grandson especially enjoyed playing with all of the toys available and watching the trains pass by. Our first night we found the trains' horns a little disrupting, but after that we didn't seem to notice as much. I did want to mention that there are stairs to negotiate with three levels, so anybody with mobility issues may have a problem.
We would definitely rent again and recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a very nice and reasonable place to stay while visiting Omaha. The owner was very good to work with and very professional and responsive. My wife and I are originally from Omaha and this location is great for a family or group that may not be as familiar with Omaha and wanting to experience the different attractions in the area."
