"My family needed a place to stay on short notice in difficult circumstances. I talked to the owner the evening of one day and the morning of the next day, we completed the arrangements and we met at the house, had a tour and were on our way. Due to our circumstances, we weren't sure how long we would need the property. The owner was flexible, made sure we had what we needed and was very respectful of our need for privacy.
We have stayed in other vrbo properties in multiple states. This property was the most thoughtfully stocked of any we have stayed in so far. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of room to be together and the library provided a quiet place, in addition to the bedrooms, if you needed some alone time. The weather turned unexpectedly cold while we were there and we really enjoyed tea or hot chocolate around the fireplace at night.
I enjoyed taking my grown children and my husband to Valentino's for pizza and the UNL Dairy Store for ice cream, two places I enjoyed as I was growing up...both within walking distance. We would recommend this property as it provides a great base from which to enjoy Lincoln and the surrounding area."

"Our family of seven made the trip from San Antonio and Fort Worth for a memorial service with a 3-night stay. We originally had hotel reservations for three rooms but decided on all staying under one roof where we could spend the time together. We chose this location because it is close to a lot of places to eat and see in that part of Omaha, while still being able to quickly get to other parts of town.
The townhome was perfect for us since we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, and we could have privacy or hang out with everyone in the kitchen and living area. The home actually has more space than the pictures indicate and is furnished in a very comfortable, clean, and welcoming manner. Our four-year-old grandson especially enjoyed playing with all of the toys available and watching the trains pass by. Our first night we found the trains' horns a little disrupting, but after that we didn't seem to notice as much. I did want to mention that there are stairs to negotiate with three levels, so anybody with mobility issues may have a problem.
We would definitely rent again and recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a very nice and reasonable place to stay while visiting Omaha. The owner was very good to work with and very professional and responsive. My wife and I are originally from Omaha and this location is great for a family or group that may not be as familiar with Omaha and wanting to experience the different attractions in the area."
