  • Wonderful Weekend Getaway

"My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at Steve's place in Incline Village to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The condo was perfect. Great location!! We went for lovely long walks every morning and had a delicious dinner at the Lone Eagle Grille. The condo is close to great beaches and great restuarants/shopping center. The condo itself is immaculate. We felt right at home."

  • Lakeshore Blvd, Incline Village

"We could not have made a better decision when we chose this beautiful home for our Incline Village visit. The location is fabulous and the rates are very reasonable. I don’t know what the square footage is, but it was great for our group. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is decorated perfectly for the mountains and the majestic fireplace in the living room makes it downright cozy. It is right across the street from the lake and the Hyatt Regency. It also has a very large deck and we spent a great deal of our time out there. Even though this home has a complete kitchen, we ate a meal at the Lone Eagle Grille that is across the street and is directly on the lake. The view is breath taking and the food is superb-it shouldn’t be missed. A spirit shop is just a block away and yes it is a tad expensive, but for us on vacation convenience counts. We purchased food at Raley’s market which is about a 5 minute drive and has absolutely anything one could possibly need. Now for one of the best parts-Buck is a jewel to work with. He asked that we call him when we arrived just to make sure everything was in order and to answer any questions. He is a perfect gentleman and talking to him set a tone for our stay which is to relax and enjoy. Since arriving home all of us have been telling friends about our stay at Incline Village and in particular our accommodations which were a key to the great time we had. 1,000 Lakeshore Blvd will be remembered and hopefully we can return soon."

  • well maintained condo in great location

"we stayed in the condo for a ski trip in Diamond Peak. The condo is only a few minutes drive from the ski slope, and a mile from the shopping and dining area at incline village. At night, the condo community is quiet and great for a good sleep. the owner keep the unit clean and well equipped."

  • Great New Years Stay

"My family and I rented this Chalet for a week over New Years and had a great time. Incline Village is a little more quiet than Reno and South Lake Tahoe. But it's perfect for families and it has everything you need close by. We skied, snowmobiled, and dog sledded. The place is great, more room than the pictures show. The upstairs was great for the kids, they loved having their own area to play. Cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and the BBQ on the deck. I highly recommend this place!"
