  • Enjoyed our stay during the fall- off season

"This condo is in a great quiet location in the up-scale area of Incline Village in close proximity to the walking path along Lakeshore Blvd. We arrived a dusk and wanted to have a fire to warm up the place before the heater kicked in. There was not even enough firewood to have the 1st night's fire. We emailed the owner about where to buy firewood but never got a response. While there was lots of info about summer activities, there was no local restaurant/shopping information available at the condo. We lucked out by checking online and found Bites- a new restaurant serving a nice variety of yummy small plate items. The cable TV did not work during our stay as the box needed to be replaced due to recent cable company upgrades. After complaining, the owner refunded us a night's rent for the deficiency."

  • Charming Cabin

"The cabin is absolutely charming and the location is ideal. It's cozy yet spacious and bright, fully equipped, and has a large deck with plenty of room for grilling, lounging and dining outside. The property is very pretty. We were just minutes away from Sand Harbor and two private beaches, and Spooner & access to the Tahoe Rim Trail are not far at all. We loved our stay here and we're already looking forward to booking it for a return trip!"
