Perfect condo in the perfect Incline Village Location!
"I've been visiting Incline Village for more than 30 years, and this is one of the nicest and most convenient rentals I have ever experienced. To start, the owners are very nice, and they go out of their way to provide you with all of the information you need to enjoy your stay. They even left us a nice note and gift basket to start off our 4 night stay.
The unit is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, and walking distance (or a very short drive) to the Raley's shopping center and the Starbucks (both important for us on our stay). The complex is VERY quiet and the unit is as well. There is no one above you, which is great, and the location is not close enough to the entrance or street to hear much traffic noise. The condo is very clean, homey and comfortable. Antique Winter gear adorns the walls and a large, warm fireplace gives the condo that special Tahoe charm. The condo has recently been updated, and is well appointed with a kitchen stocked with all of the cooking utensils you would ever need, plenty of plates and glassware, brand new appliances, a washer and dryer, and TVs in the Living Room and Bedroom. Really, the owners have planned why ahead to anticipate your traveling needs, and have provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy North Lake Tahoe. For a couple, this is the PERFECT getaway spot.
As soon as we can make it back to Tahoe, we will surely stay here again!"

"I had reserved this condo for Sep 24-28, 2014. Ann called to tell me the King Fire was causing smoky conditions around Lake Tahoe and asked if I want to proceed. After I checked it out, I realized conditions were unstable, local events had been cancelled, and our first trip to Lake Tahoe hiking and exploring was not going to be any fun. Ann graciously offered a refund due to the conditions which we accepted with gratitude. I received it within minutes. What a great owner!! I will definitely reserve this condo at a future date, and I highly recommend this wonderful lady as someone to do business with! I couldn't ask for more. Without her intervention, we would have found ourselves on a smoky, unpleasant trip."

"I had checked out several places before booking the "Birds Nest!" We were all very happy with the accommodations, comfort and homey feel of the condo. The condo is in walking distance to the Hyatt for gambling, Lone Eagle for great food and music and Rookies for a casual fare. It is very easy to find.
The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay including wine and champagne glasses!!! The bedrooms are located downstairs from the living area which made it quiet for the children as well as the adults.
There are a abundance of games, books, movies, and toys to keep anyone entertained as well as the dog!
Debby was very quick with in responding to emails and very accommodating.
We are already looking to book the condo again for our next stay! I highly recommend this condo!!!"

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This wonderful property lived up to it's expectations and more. Situated in an elevated position it gave amazing views of the lake and the village and golf course below. Very peaceful at this time of the year. The facilities within the property were excellent - even an electric kettle which seems to be a rarity in America. Lots of space - we were two couples and it felt like we had our own apartments. The decking / balcony off the sitting room was a wonderful space to chill out with uninterrupted view thanks to the glass surround. Also good for watching the blue Jays and chipmunks- didn't see any bears!! Village facilities good - 2 supermarkets. Visited the south lake and seemed more commercialised than the North. Visited Virginia City - about an hours drive - great place to get a taste of the old Wild West, very well done. Played both golf courses. Mountain course a real challenge - Championship course long but not as difficult around the greens. Both courses very picturesque with excellent facilities. We had a fantastic week here and would like to thank the owners for making it possible."
