"An annual female first cousins getaway was this year in Lake Tahoe. Three of the group had never experienced Lake Tahoe (from the midwest), so this was SO wonderful for us all! Elaine is a gracious and responsive host/owner. Her home is absolutely fabulous, perfect for we four senior women. When we weren't at the beach, or at a show (at Sand Harbor), or on a Lake Cruise to Emerald Bay, we were more than comfortably cozy and happy in this beautifully decorated and equipped three bedroom home at Incline Village. The location is perfect, too. My immediate family and I have stayed at Incline for many, many years. We love the McCloud group especially. But THIS is a find. Thank You, Elaine! See you another time for sure!"

"Location is perfect: close to the Hyatt, beach, town and other amenities. Place was a good size for us with big living space upstairs and 1 big bedroom and 2 other reasonably sized bedrooms downstairs. Condo was professionally cleaned and well taken care of. Owner is responsive and straight forward to work with. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"If you care about location, then this IS the place for you. You just can't beat 999 unless you stay across the street at the Hyatt.
Linda (property manager) is awesome and the owner is great too. We stayed over 4th of July. It was awful at the complex. We come to Tahoe every summer for 37 years straight. Come for 4th of July. It has gotten out of control in Incline. The 999 complex beach was not useable due to beach tents set up a week prior to the holiday that did not allow access to the lake. The nite of the 4th of July the complex security gate was rigged so it remained open and people on foot and in cars poured into the complex and beach for fireworks. Parking was impossible, people parked in your marked space, people put physical objects to "reserve" guest spots. It was ridiculous. Not fun for anyone. The condo itself is beautiful and we love staying there. We will do so in the future, just probably not on the 4th! 😀"

"All of our invites gave a big WOW! as they walked into the living room and viewed the lake from the deck. The house was ideal for our 12 person group - plenty of space if you want privacy and lots of room to socialize in the kitchen/living & deck areas.
We like to prepare our own meals and the kitchen was well stocked with all the goodies you would find in your own home.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here - Thank you Ed for letting us share your house."
