"The house has three cozy bedrooms and one bathroom on the floor you enter. The open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living rooms are upstairs along with another bathroom. A good size deck upstairs and a smaller one downstairs allow for socializing outdoors.
The bedrooms were close quarters, but we didn't use them except to sleep and didn't have any major snorers. I actually brought a sleeping bag and slept on the deck. Nothing like fresh mountain air for a good night's sleep.
We did need a car to get to town and to the lake, but there were plenty of opportunities to walk around the property. Be aware that there are lots of stairs to get up to the house. Please consider carefully if you have anybody with mobility issues or very little kids in your group."

Well-equipped, nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious and clean!
"We (two moms) traveled to Incline Village with teenaged boys for a sports tournament. The location and size of this condo made the trip really easy. We all had plenty of living space, even after we gained an extra boy who got a ride up to Tahoe for the tournament but had no place to stay. It was very convenient for them to walk to the beach and also for me to get them to the tournament breakfasted and on-time in the mornings. In the afternoons after the games, we took the boys down to Sand Harbor(~12 mins. South) where they had a great time jumping off the rocks into the lake. They also enjoyed watching movies in the condo at night, or walking to the Hyatt. You can find whatever you need in Incline Village. I discovered that it was one young man's birthday at the last minute and found Ernie's Bakery open in the evening for a wonderful European cake. Also, highly recommend cycling here - Mt. Rose was incredible! ...no place like Tahoe."

"Our family had a terrific stay at this tastefully remodeled unit (kudos to the owners) located at the shores of North Lake Tahoe....the views from the deck of the lake and surrounding mountains are unforgettable. We're going to miss our daily meals, etc, sitting on the deck overlooking the lake and also the many activities available in the surronding area.....unit is very well maintained and owners were most accomodating...next year can't come soon enough!"
