Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Crystal Bay and Incline Village are just some of the places to head for around the lake.

How to Reach Your Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals on the Southeast Shore

The nearest commercial airport to Lake Tahoe is the Reno-Tahoe International Airport which is 41 miles away in Nevada. On the California side of the lake, there are three airports: Trukee-Tahoe Airport, Lake Tahoe Airport and Sacramento International Airport which is about a two-hour drive from the lake. Shuttle buses frequently run between Reno Airport and the Southeast Shore, and there are plenty of local buses and taxis serving the area.
