"We greatly enjoyed staying at this condo. It is very cozy and warm - a place you want to stay after a long day of skiing. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. The location to the lift was perfect. There are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo - but we considered it good exercise! We very much enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others."

"My team and I stayed here for a work retreat in August 2015. The house is beautiful and peaceful, rooms are all well-appointed and private, and the master suite is just gorgeous! We had no trouble at all -- great kitchen, plenty of hot water for all, decent WiFi, grill and deck were perfect for eating outdoors. One thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs in the house, so if you have bad knees, babies/toddlers, or just don't like to walk up & down too many steps, this is probably not the place for you.
It was an easy drive to town and all the activities one might want. We found the food at Artemis Lakefront Cafe to be the best around -- super-tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced -- and were disappointed by Edgewood Restaurant despite its many high ratings.
We'll definitely recommend the house to friends or coworkers, and hope to have a chance to be back again."

Terrific house--beautifully maintained and well stocked!
"I hosted a writers' retreat at Sundance house and it was perfect. Loved the open floor plan and the well-stocked kitchen. Great BBQ and hot tub. We had a variety of people from all over the US and everyone felt right at home. Beautiful big bedrooms and nice hiking just out the back door. Only downside for us was the lack of air conditioning in the house. It got pretty hot and we had to set up fans all over to blow out heat, then open and close windows to regulate. The Viking stove in the kitchen was great--even when cooking at 400 degrees, the kitchen didn't get too hot (but we did set up some mini A/Cs in strategic places to vent the heat). Evenings always cool down so this is really only a problem during a few hot hours in a summer afternoon. We will definitely come back (more likely in fall).
The property manager, Sherry, was extremely helpful and accommodating, such that I chose this property over another because of her responsiveness and helpfulness. I will try to book our next retreats next year with her properties. Mike also was terrific and responsive when I (dumb) couldn't find the jets on the hot tub and had to call him to ask. He called right back and talked me through the very easy solution. Thanks, all!"
