"I'm a Lake Tahoe local and used Tahoe All Seasons Properties to book 2 properties for my family to visit during the summer. The properties were close together and accommodated the size of my family. There were activities near that appealed to everyone in our group. The properties are so close to the lake that it was hard to keep the kids away and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the beach. We were walking distance to Roundhill Pines Beach where you can rent watersports equipment. The 2 back decks of the property face the open meadow and offer the perfect setting if you're looking for a place to relax or read a book in the beautiful outdoors of Lake Tahoe. The house was spacious and just had a homey feel. The house is equipped with WiFi and TV if you're looking for some down time in the house. Will definitely return and recommend!"

"The home was beautiful and well laid out. We held a leadership retreat there and we had plenty of room for our 14 attendees. The beds were out of this world comfortable and we greatly enjoyed the layout of the house, the fireplaces and the amazing setting. Sherry was great to work with and the entire team was very professional. Everyone is already asking to come back next year!"

"This house exceeded our expectations. The home is not only beautiful but extremely comfortable and suited for a family vacation. The view of the lake is breath-taking! The house is close to restaurants/shops/casinos. We enjoyed many outdoor activities during our stay. The owner was very accommodating with information. Since the house was well stocked and everything worked well, we did not have to contact them during our stay. I would definitely recommend this house."

"As Lake Tahoe locals, we were looking for a venue that could accommodate around 60 guests that had a great view and a "Plan B" in case of adverse weather for our wedding. This beautiful house had it all-an unbelievable view and beautiful indoor facilities in case of adverse weather. Luckily, we had beautiful weather and our ceremony was held on the patio overlooking Lake Tahoe. Our guests, some of whom stayed at the house, were pleasantly surprised by our choice of venue. We stayed there for 3 nights and were able to produce all of our food ourselves for the wedding. The kitchen in a chef's dream! We had 8 people working in the kitchen with plenty of room for efficiency. No one got in each others' way. Having two cooktops, several ovens and dishwashers made for a smooth operation. But having a walk-in fridge was the kicker! We were able to have all of our food and drinks in the walk-in.
We had 61 guests total at our wedding. We never were crowded and everyone found their favorite place to hangout in at the house. Some were outside enjoying the view, others were at the bar, the dining room (my favorite room with the best view), the two living rooms, etc. There are plenty of restrooms for a large group as well. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table room, and our adults enjoyed the 3 slot machines. My sister-in-law even hit "the Big One" on one of the machines (all points, no cash-just bragging rights).
The day after our wedding, most of our guests had left, but we still remained to finally enjoy the house. The large master bedroom is awesome with views of almost the entire lake. We enjoyed the huge tub in the master. Down below, the indoor hot tub was great, and the steam shower in the second master was my favorite (as an allergy sufferer).
There was concern about parking for an event of this size, as this is a residential neighborhood. We took care of that by shuttling in many of our guests. We also did not want anyone to drink and drive, so this alleviated that concern. There was also a concern about excess trash, but we hauled away what would not fit into the bear containers. As locals we understand this is bear country and do not want them to get into the trash.
All in all, the venue provided us with the wedding of our dreams! Thank you for providing us with this lovely choice!"
