"We greatly enjoyed staying at this condo. It is very cozy and warm - a place you want to stay after a long day of skiing. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. The location to the lift was perfect. There are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo - but we considered it good exercise! We very much enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others."

"If you care about location, then this IS the place for you. You just can't beat 999 unless you stay across the street at the Hyatt.
Linda (property manager) is awesome and the owner is great too. We stayed over 4th of July. It was awful at the complex. We come to Tahoe every summer for 37 years straight. Come for 4th of July. It has gotten out of control in Incline. The 999 complex beach was not useable due to beach tents set up a week prior to the holiday that did not allow access to the lake. The nite of the 4th of July the complex security gate was rigged so it remained open and people on foot and in cars poured into the complex and beach for fireworks. Parking was impossible, people parked in your marked space, people put physical objects to "reserve" guest spots. It was ridiculous. Not fun for anyone. The condo itself is beautiful and we love staying there. We will do so in the future, just probably not on the 4th! 😀"

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This house was gorgeous and it's really comfortable even with the 10 people because of all the beds. There's a massive oven with huge gas stove tops so it was a lot of fun to cook here. They were also nice and gave us late checkout because no one was coming in. My only complaint is that the property company was pretty rude. I called to ask if there was firewood, and about propane since the tank on the BBQ was empty, and the guy was so rude for no reason. Then we went up to bed, and the fireplace in the master bedroom didn't work for us, and it was FREEZING up there. But I didn't want to bother rude-guy again so we just piled a ton of blankets on top of us. Tips: 1. Bring firewood to use the fireplace 2. Turn the hottub onto higher heat an hour before you want to get in 3. Ask for the wifi password, the one that was written down was wrong. We hacked it by plugging into ethernet and logging into the router and reading the password there."

"we stayed in the condo for a ski trip in Diamond Peak. The condo is only a few minutes drive from the ski slope, and a mile from the shopping and dining area at incline village. At night, the condo community is quiet and great for a good sleep. the owner keep the unit clean and well equipped."
