  • Fabulous property in a fabulous location

"I stayed for one week with my wife and college aged daughter during a vacation in Vegas. The immediate appeal is the location which is just off of Flamingo and about a 5 minute drive from the strip. The property owner Richard, was very helpful and easy to work with. He was very accomodating, allowing us to check in early and to leave our luggage at the house until late afternoon on the day of our departure. He arranged for the cable to be fixed while we were there. The house itself was well decorated and the interior appeared new. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit soft and saggy in the middle for my taste. The master bathroom was en suite and had a nice steam feature in the shower. The linens were plentiful. The computer in the kitchen was slow, but this was largely a non-issue since the house had wi-fi. The appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and trash compactor) were of quality brands (mostly Jenn-Air), but were very outdated although functional (except for the ice maker in the refrigerator). There was an adequate amount of dishes, flatware, plates etc., but most needed to be cleaned before using as they seemed dusty from nonuse or were not properly cleaned before being put away. The TVs were of the old, large box projection types except for a very nice, large flat screen in the room with the pool table. The stereo was functional, but also very old. The back yard is where the house really shined. It is expertly landscaped with high perimeter walls giving one the feeling of privacy despite neighbors being on either side. The pool was fantastic with stools for sitting at the Tiki bar. The attached hot tub was excellent and heated up rapidly when turned on. It was a disappointment that the waterfall and firepit (that are still shown in the listing as being functional) do not work as Richard chose to have them deactivated permanently. The gas grill is functional, but was old, dirty and did not fully work. The driveway has a remote controlled gate that provided some sense of security as the house no longer has an alarm system. The garage could not be utilized however as Richard used that space for storage. Overall, the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would likely stay here again because of the location and the back yard. Suggestions would be for an appliance update and to restore the waterfall and firepit to functional status (or at least take them off of the listing)."

  • Great house!

"This house worked perfectly for our girls getaway. Having the pool to ourselves and having enough space for 11 of us to sit around and relax either inside or outside was perfect for us."

  • Hidden Gem!

"This place is huge!! Fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils for cooking and eating they have it all. We had a group of 11ppl with enough beds to accommodate everyone. The owners are very kind people, the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and serve our group. Would definitely come back instead of staying in a hotel."

Centennial Hills Travel Tips

Centennial Hills Vacation Homes Beckon

There's always a few roulette tables available in Vegas, the city that never sleeps, but during the middle of the night, there are less spinning than during the daytime. And during those hours when things quiet down on the Strip, Centennial Hills vacation homes offer a soothing experience for nerves that have frazzled during the more hectic hours of the gambling day. Whether the casinos have rewarded you or emptied your pockets, there's nothing quite so soothing as coming home to a quiet, spacious abode in Centennial Hills condos to regroup mentally.

Casinos and More Casinos

With the Bellagio, Luxor, Caesar's Palace, Mandalay Bay, or even MGM Resorts International all vying for your attention and patronage, there's no shortage of themed gambling houses in which to spend the day. It's not practical to spend all of your time in Centennial Hills condos, even though the amenities there might remind you of the comforts of home away from home. Vacations by definition require immersion into a whole new scene, so take advantage and visit as many of these famous casinos as possible. History is often made on these carpeted floors, and it could just be your day to watch it happen. Whether it happens to you is another story.

Walking Tour

Stepping out of Las Vegas vacation rentals is an experience in itself. With the entire Strip a short distance away, you'll drink in the scene as you stroll over or arrive by taxi. And if it's your first time visiting, prepare to be blown away. Schedule plenty of time for a walking tour to absorb the immensity of the spectacle that is the ever-moving, ever-blinking light network of Las Vegas at night. After you've seen it all, Centennial Hills vacation homes offer a plush, comfortable reward.
