As Described and with an awesome view of Bellagio fountain show
"We had the opportunity to meet the owner and her partner when we arrived - very accommodating and conscientious about the cleanliness of the room (which we appreciated). We arrived in the morning and our room was still being cleaned (check-in isn't until late afternoon), although we were able to store our luggage there while we walked the strip. When we got back the room was ready and was clean. The pictures of the fountains do not do it justice. It is much nicer in person and we were still in awe after seven days of seeing the fountain shows. You could not have stayed any closer to the strip just about at the halfway mark. The Jockey Club is a smaller older timeshare attached to the Cosmopolitan and next to the Bellagio. While the facility is a little outdated, it was clean and the room itself worked for us. The Jockey Club does not have any casinos in the lounge, which made for a much quieter facility that we appreciated when it came time to return to the room for the night. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us a later check out on the last day to coincide with our flight. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for reasonable accommodations in Las Vegas."

"This home was a fantastic place to stay. It's very private and quiet. I came to Vegas for a Conference and this was the perfect choice of where to stay. It's just the right distance from the Strip. Only 15 minutes drive and I was parking at the Flamingo, yet on the days we stayed extra, we felt like we were in our own little paradise sitting by the pool.
If I ever come back to Vegas again, I will definitely plan to stay here again. I recommend it for anyone who wants to stay here!"

"Loved the condo, it was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the actual condo itself. I like to sleep with the window open for fresh air. I was in the smaller bedroom that faces the street and every morning around 7:30 one of the neighbors liked to put a couple of yappy dogs on the balcony, and they liked to bark!
The location was great with a lot of restaurants and stores right around the block.
Thanks for a great place to stay Rob."

"We had a great stay. We came in for meetings at hotels but it was great to be able to come back to a house that we could cook and hang out in. And we saved a ton of money vs getting hotel rooms for each person. The house has a full 6 bedrooms with beds, another bedroom downstairs that would make 7 that we didn't really use that I think has a fold out couch, and upstairs there is an area with two queen beds (which would be bedroom 8) so there is plenty of sleeping space. That area upstairs is outside two bedrooms so it's not private. It worked fine for us but you should be aware.
Pros: The place is large and nice. The back yard has a covered patio area which was awesome to work outside. Pool table and TV room with large sectional was great. Great curb appeal so was great to have clients or friends stop in. Mark was great and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The pool was great, and the large living area off kitchen was awesome as well to hang.
Cons: (not many of you aren't too picky)
It's not brand new so there are some querks you will need to live with. In wall micro doesn't work but there is one on the counter that does. One of the electric burners only goes to high (Mark told us all these things when checking in). There is stuff in the garage being stored, but it didn't affect us using the ping pong table or fooseball. Upstairs carpet is dated and the house was clean but probably could use a deep cleaning and some fixes to base boards and other small aesthetic issues.
Overall we loved our stay and will return and recommend to friends."
