"We rented this home with friends and family for a 50th birthday celebration. We loved everything about our stay. The home is clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is easy for several people to work in at the same time, and between the dining table and breakfast bar we could all eat together. Our favorite thing about our trip was the amazing backyard! We grilled, swam, read, and relaxed, all the things we wanted from our trip. We made easy cab trips to the Strip when we felt like it, but mostly we enjoyed the house. Having my dog with us was icing on the cake! Can't wait to go back next year! Thanks an incredible week!!"

Perfect for our motorcycle social club's birthday weekend!
"We are part of a social club of friends and family members who ride motorcycles. To celebrate our club's birthday, we wanted to do a "long ride" from San Diego to Vegas for the weekend, with a ride to Hoover Dam and back. This property was perfect for us since it is fully gated with plenty of room to park all our bikes and secure them for the night. We spent most of our time in the backyard at the pool, which was quite refreshing after riding in 100+ degree weather. Jack was a very pleasant, helpful, and gracious host. He recommended a close restaurant that serves an awesome half-priced breakfast, plus told us which pizza place was best for delivery (we called them twice!). There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances, plenty of towels and linens, laundry room had soap/dryer sheets.
My only recommendation would be for Jack to "go solar" and switch out the swamp coolers for an A/C system in the house. Although the pool did keep everyone cool, some bedrooms didn't cool off as well at night. We found that opening a few strategic windows helped the airflow, but A/C would have made the stay 100% perfect. Regardless, our entire group LOVED the place and is excited to come back next year!"

"I took four of my uncles to Vegas for a reunion and choose this house over the hotels, absolutely no regret on this decision, The owner could not have been any more easy to deal with, he met us at the house when we arrived and gave us a quick rundown of the Jacuzzi etc .The house is well laid out with a fantastic patio/ pool area where we spent most of our time sharing stories. The price was very reasonable compared to the other options in the region. The only thing I did miss is a gas barbeque, there is a charcoal one but that's a pain in this day and age.I highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit Vegas for more than a few days. It's about 10 minutes to the strip even in traffic."

"We had a great stay. We came in for meetings at hotels but it was great to be able to come back to a house that we could cook and hang out in. And we saved a ton of money vs getting hotel rooms for each person. The house has a full 6 bedrooms with beds, another bedroom downstairs that would make 7 that we didn't really use that I think has a fold out couch, and upstairs there is an area with two queen beds (which would be bedroom 8) so there is plenty of sleeping space. That area upstairs is outside two bedrooms so it's not private. It worked fine for us but you should be aware.
Pros: The place is large and nice. The back yard has a covered patio area which was awesome to work outside. Pool table and TV room with large sectional was great. Great curb appeal so was great to have clients or friends stop in. Mark was great and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The pool was great, and the large living area off kitchen was awesome as well to hang.
Cons: (not many of you aren't too picky)
It's not brand new so there are some querks you will need to live with. In wall micro doesn't work but there is one on the counter that does. One of the electric burners only goes to high (Mark told us all these things when checking in). There is stuff in the garage being stored, but it didn't affect us using the ping pong table or fooseball. Upstairs carpet is dated and the house was clean but probably could use a deep cleaning and some fixes to base boards and other small aesthetic issues.
Overall we loved our stay and will return and recommend to friends."
