"We had a great stay. We came in for meetings at hotels but it was great to be able to come back to a house that we could cook and hang out in. And we saved a ton of money vs getting hotel rooms for each person. The house has a full 6 bedrooms with beds, another bedroom downstairs that would make 7 that we didn't really use that I think has a fold out couch, and upstairs there is an area with two queen beds (which would be bedroom 8) so there is plenty of sleeping space. That area upstairs is outside two bedrooms so it's not private. It worked fine for us but you should be aware.
Pros: The place is large and nice. The back yard has a covered patio area which was awesome to work outside. Pool table and TV room with large sectional was great. Great curb appeal so was great to have clients or friends stop in. Mark was great and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The pool was great, and the large living area off kitchen was awesome as well to hang.
Cons: (not many of you aren't too picky)
It's not brand new so there are some querks you will need to live with. In wall micro doesn't work but there is one on the counter that does. One of the electric burners only goes to high (Mark told us all these things when checking in). There is stuff in the garage being stored, but it didn't affect us using the ping pong table or fooseball. Upstairs carpet is dated and the house was clean but probably could use a deep cleaning and some fixes to base boards and other small aesthetic issues.
Overall we loved our stay and will return and recommend to friends."

"It was so roomy and it was like there were different wings and yet we were all together. Some of my family would swim while the others were in the hot tub, watching TV, or working on their golf swing. Not to mention the huge kitchen to cook in along with the out door grill. We were in town for a wedding with 3 bathrooms, it made it tremendously easy for everyone to get ready. The rooms would be great for a couple with kids to share.
If you plan on visiting the Strip and you are renting a car, you might want to do more than just put an address in your phone. Make sure to find out what resorts have easy access to their parking without having to go on Las Vegas Blvd. Mandalay Bay was perfect. Drive right off the high way into their self park, escalators all the way to the casino."

"This was one of the best vacation stays for the bowling team. We travel over the states twice yearly and 'LOVED' this house. There were '8' of us and couldn't have asked for more. It was very relaxing on our down time and completely equippped for all meals and gathering. The home was clean and pictures were absolutely accurate. We have noted this home 'if/when' the tour returns as a 'must stay'........ Thanks to Kurt and his communication as we made our plans 9 months in advance. GREAT EXPERIENCE"
