  • An All Around Five Star Experience

"Due to a horrible windstorm on our way down, we arrived late at the rental, and Sandra had made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. The house and hot tub had been freshly cleaned, there were two folders: one for how to use the hot tub, and one for expectations on how to take care of the house. I had a brief problem with the dryer, which Sandra came over and fixed immediately. The house is fantastic, it's really close to the strip, and provided all sorts of info for things to do while we were in town. While the house is on the owner's property, she was not at all invasive. I can't recommend the house enough if you're looking to have a relaxing time within ten minutes of The Strip."

  • Fabulous property in a fabulous location

"I stayed for one week with my wife and college aged daughter during a vacation in Vegas. The immediate appeal is the location which is just off of Flamingo and about a 5 minute drive from the strip. The property owner Richard, was very helpful and easy to work with. He was very accomodating, allowing us to check in early and to leave our luggage at the house until late afternoon on the day of our departure. He arranged for the cable to be fixed while we were there. The house itself was well decorated and the interior appeared new. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit soft and saggy in the middle for my taste. The master bathroom was en suite and had a nice steam feature in the shower. The linens were plentiful. The computer in the kitchen was slow, but this was largely a non-issue since the house had wi-fi. The appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and trash compactor) were of quality brands (mostly Jenn-Air), but were very outdated although functional (except for the ice maker in the refrigerator). There was an adequate amount of dishes, flatware, plates etc., but most needed to be cleaned before using as they seemed dusty from nonuse or were not properly cleaned before being put away. The TVs were of the old, large box projection types except for a very nice, large flat screen in the room with the pool table. The stereo was functional, but also very old. The back yard is where the house really shined. It is expertly landscaped with high perimeter walls giving one the feeling of privacy despite neighbors being on either side. The pool was fantastic with stools for sitting at the Tiki bar. The attached hot tub was excellent and heated up rapidly when turned on. It was a disappointment that the waterfall and firepit (that are still shown in the listing as being functional) do not work as Richard chose to have them deactivated permanently. The gas grill is functional, but was old, dirty and did not fully work. The driveway has a remote controlled gate that provided some sense of security as the house no longer has an alarm system. The garage could not be utilized however as Richard used that space for storage. Overall, the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would likely stay here again because of the location and the back yard. Suggestions would be for an appliance update and to restore the waterfall and firepit to functional status (or at least take them off of the listing)."

  • Great for any outing

"We had groups of men and women, singles and couples.we were able to balance out living quarter's and enjoy most of the anemintities of the property. Not super close to the strip but not to far, short ride to everything. Everyone was ready to do it again before we even left!"

  • Another very good stay at the Signature

"Through Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature, I booked side by side junior suites. We were on the 35th floor. There were 6 in our group. This is perhaps my 6th stay at the Signature. Very fond and familiar with the property. Being able to move between the two suites easily is why we've chose the Signature. It was a busy weekend in Vegas with Nascar and a fight card. Though I would definitely consider staying again, I have to say that the property is beginning to show it's age. Just little things. The elevators were a bit worn and torn, the suites are a bit dated. The positives are you get a nice place that's quiet. It's perfect for larger groups, you have more room than you would get in a typical Vegas room, balconies and it's own valet. Negatives are that you are attached to the MGM, which may turn me away from the Signature in the future. The pool area was quiet but nice (it was warm, but still it was March). The folks at Rentals by Owner Direct were easy to work with."
