  • As advertised, great stay!

"My husband and I stayed at this property for almost a week in August. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas bbq made our dinners delicious. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels. We also enjoyed the fantastic views and how quiet it was on the mountain. The condo is about 4 miles from the nearest casino and close to a ski lift on the top of the mountain. We enjoyed coming home from a long hike and soaking in the hot tub as the sun set. Our only compliant was that the internet was not working, but Tom was very responsive and helpful in getting it resolved! To the people complaining about the stairs, it's a very short distance from the abundant parking and perhaps you should consider staying at a casino with an elevator straight to the all-you-can-eat buffet. If we find ourselves back in Tahoe again, we will definitely be back to this property."

  • Vegas family get away

"We just returned from our family vacation in Vegas, George and Caryns house had everything we needed, the 4 bedrooms were perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids (10 and 15). The house is so perfect it was hard to leave to go exploring, in fact, 2 of the adults didn't leave choosing to sun bathe instead. The pool was awesome, super clean and complete with loungers for floating around the pool on. Overall a fantastic stay, we would definitely stay here again."

  • Enjoyed our stay during the fall- off season

"This condo is in a great quiet location in the up-scale area of Incline Village in close proximity to the walking path along Lakeshore Blvd. We arrived a dusk and wanted to have a fire to warm up the place before the heater kicked in. There was not even enough firewood to have the 1st night's fire. We emailed the owner about where to buy firewood but never got a response. While there was lots of info about summer activities, there was no local restaurant/shopping information available at the condo. We lucked out by checking online and found Bites- a new restaurant serving a nice variety of yummy small plate items. The cable TV did not work during our stay as the box needed to be replaced due to recent cable company upgrades. After complaining, the owner refunded us a night's rent for the deficiency."

  • Great Place to Play Tennis

"This year we traveled west for the winter and Sunset Greens was our first stop along the way. We spent a month there and my husband was able to play tennis everyday and I did enjoy the casino. We met a great group of tennis players. The weather was beautiful every day. We were able to sit outside during the day before the evenings cooled off. We were thrilled with yard pals, such as a Roadrunner who came every day, lots of quail and several jack rabbits. The home is very lovely and large. Loved the southwest decorations and the pictures of the home do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped. The caretaker was very helpful as were the owners in taking care of our needs. Hopefully we will get back there again."
