  • The Wedding of Our Dreams!

"As Lake Tahoe locals, we were looking for a venue that could accommodate around 60 guests that had a great view and a "Plan B" in case of adverse weather for our wedding. This beautiful house had it all-an unbelievable view and beautiful indoor facilities in case of adverse weather. Luckily, we had beautiful weather and our ceremony was held on the patio overlooking Lake Tahoe. Our guests, some of whom stayed at the house, were pleasantly surprised by our choice of venue. We stayed there for 3 nights and were able to produce all of our food ourselves for the wedding. The kitchen in a chef's dream! We had 8 people working in the kitchen with plenty of room for efficiency. No one got in each others' way. Having two cooktops, several ovens and dishwashers made for a smooth operation. But having a walk-in fridge was the kicker! We were able to have all of our food and drinks in the walk-in. We had 61 guests total at our wedding. We never were crowded and everyone found their favorite place to hangout in at the house. Some were outside enjoying the view, others were at the bar, the dining room (my favorite room with the best view), the two living rooms, etc. There are plenty of restrooms for a large group as well. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table room, and our adults enjoyed the 3 slot machines. My sister-in-law even hit "the Big One" on one of the machines (all points, no cash-just bragging rights). The day after our wedding, most of our guests had left, but we still remained to finally enjoy the house. The large master bedroom is awesome with views of almost the entire lake. We enjoyed the huge tub in the master. Down below, the indoor hot tub was great, and the steam shower in the second master was my favorite (as an allergy sufferer). There was concern about parking for an event of this size, as this is a residential neighborhood. We took care of that by shuttling in many of our guests. We also did not want anyone to drink and drive, so this alleviated that concern. There was also a concern about excess trash, but we hauled away what would not fit into the bear containers. As locals we understand this is bear country and do not want them to get into the trash. All in all, the venue provided us with the wedding of our dreams! Thank you for providing us with this lovely choice!"

  • An Exceptional Vacation Home

"We have used other vacation homes in Reno during previous visits, but this one was by far the best one to meet the needs for our extended family. We had ten adults and eight children stay here, and there was more than enough room for all of us. Each bedroom was big enough and lovely enough that everyone was pleased with their accomodations. Everything that we needed was there. It is in a great location, a lovely neighborhood not far from downtown and all Reno activities, but a quiet and well-kept area. The backyard area was wonderful for spending relaxing evenings enjoying Reno's cool evening air, and the pool table got plenty of use.. It would be hard to come up with a valid complaint about this property. Lisa made the reservation process easy and was accommodating when we needed to make changes after the initial reservation. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this home is because I don't want it to be booked the next time we plan to visit Reno!"

  • Great view

"A view we'd never get tired of and the owner was great to work with. Rustic, but modern touches like flat screen TVs. Has everything you need to feel at home, and it's a short walk to a great beach (or there's a small beach right there in front of the place)."

  • Great House for Families

"We had a family reunion here in July and it was the perfect location for it. The house is big enough where we didn't feel as if we were on top of each other. It has a great patio and outdoor area for kids to run around outside. The house is well kept, and in a great location. Incline is a beautiful place to spend the summer! The owner was easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly. I would definitely recommend this house and would definitely go back!"
