  • Adorable Condo In Great Location!

"My children and I spent a month in this quiet, charming condo while in town visiting family. The balcony view of the duck pond was lovely. We enjoyed the peaceful paths around the property. We were on the go for much of our visit, but were always happy to return to such a homey, comfortable place. The location of the property is perfect, easy access to anywhere. The condo is well stocked with dishes, appliances and supplies. A few extra towels would have been nice, but otherwise this place is next to perfect. I would happily stay here again and confidently recommend it to friends and family."

  • Great Birthday Weekend!

"I was so very worried about things being how they were in the pictures...about it even being a real person! But I must let EVERYONE know that this was an AWESOME home...everything was perfect...clean...looks just like the pictures! I truly enjoyed my birthday weekend celebration and I will be definitely staying again! This is the REAL DEAL guys! Forrest was very helpful throughout the entire process, even when I was a little weary about the whole thing, he was great! Enjoy but please help keep his home nice and in good condition! Thanks again for everything Forrest!"

  • Trifecta! Luxury, Privacy and Location!!!

"I really don’t want to write this review because I don’t want anyone else to know about this amazing house but that would be so selfish. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is casual luxury and laid out beautifully, with every room (including every bedroom) being very spacious. There are so many cozy seating areas throughout the house, sofa’s in the kitchen and some bedrooms, plus table seating in all the main areas. The kitchen and bathrooms are luxurious and nicely stocked. The backyard is a private oasis. Actually the whole house is a private compound from the electronic gated entrance to the privacy landscaping and fencing. We were in our own little paradise. We spent every morning in the backyard, following the shade from one seating area to the next enjoying our coffee. When we got too hot we would jump in the pool (and yes there were leaves in the pool because of the BEAUTIFUL landscaping around it, there is no way to keep some leaves from falling in, but there is a net on a long pole and it takes 10 seconds to scoop away the leaves.) The choice is having trees/plantings around the pool or not – actually there is no choice, give me nature! We were there in May and it was hot so we never used the hot tub or fire pit but it’s a great option for cooler weather. As for location, there is a nice shopping center within one mile of the house that has Smith’s grocery and liquor store, a bagel shop, starbucks and more. The house is located just off the end of the strip making it so convenient to get to the casino’s yet in a lovely secluded neighborhood. In other vegas houses we’ve stayed in, it’s approx. $50-$60 cab to get to the strip. From this house a cab is approx. $15 to middle of the strip – so easy! Yes I would highly recommend it, but don’t tell anyone else! Ps – Sharlene at the management company was wonderful to deal with."

  • Convienent

"This was a great property, steps away from the cosmopolitan. My friends stayed in the much more expensive hotel and I was able to be just as close without paying the premium. Ask for soap when you check in. That was the only thing missing."

Sparks Travel Tips

Sparks Lake Homes Access Nevada's "Other" Hotspot

There's more to Nevada than just Las Vegas and a colorful history involving nuclear testing and detonations! Bordering California, Reno is a slimmed-down version of it's bigger sister to the south. The roulette wheels spin just as vigorously here, and a stay at Sparks waterfront rentals provides a suitable location to get into a wide range of other activities. From the Wild Island Family Adventure Park to the El Rancho Drive-in Theatre, Sparks lake homes access enough offbeat entertainment to keep you happy for the length of your stay.

Entertainment Comes in a Wide Variety

The Outlets at Legends Sparks will keep the most voracious shopper satisfied! With wares ranging from a colorful new sequin outfit to an especially sexy pair of shoes, non-gambling time can be just as rewarding as when you're sitting at the casino tables. Heading out for the day from Sparks Lake homes brings you face to face with plenty of casinos – there's Sierra Sid's and the Rail City Casino, just for starters. Nevada vacation rentals bring you just a touch of that Western hospitality feeling as you help yourself to plentiful amenities.

Cozy Comforts

Sparks waterfront rentals situate the visitor in lakeside luxury. With plenty of space for each member of your traveling party, concerns about who gets what tiny slice of the room are a thing of the past. Open up your suitcase and free your luggage from the confinement to which it, and you, might be familiar. It's okay to spread out, just like you do at home, because no one is going to come in on a daily basis and rearrange your stuff! It's nice to have the range of creature comforts from television, cooking space, and closet space, to your own driveway parking space. Visiting Reno will have you feeling special in no time.
