  • Great place for a large group!

"We were 7 people and had enough space to spread out:-) We loved the set up of the spacious condo and especially the kitchen / dining area as we love to cook. Everything was there, modern kitchen and appliances, lots of pots and pans, etc., nice fire place, laundry facilities... Definitely worth coming with the family. The kids also enjoyed the clubhouse with the hot tub. I am sure, we will be back!"

  • On top at Incline

"This is a great house for large groups. There was plenty of space to kick back and relax after a day on the slopes and it was close to the ski resorts but far enough to be quiet and private. Views from the sunroom and some of bedrooms are fabulous. There are a lot of stairs, and while this gives some privacy to the individual members of the group, it also guarantees a work out for those staying in the lower rooms. :) Priyanka was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would recommend."

"This was my second time going to Vegas and also my 2nd time staying in MGM Signature in Mark Francis' condos. The service was great and the condos are very nice and very clean. I will definitely be going back and will definitely stay at the MGM Signature again. Totally worth it!!!!"

  • From Palm Springs, California

"Kathleen, thank you so much for renting your home to us. Your home is so clean and beautifully decorated, and very comfortable to stay, I must say the neighborhood is also extremely quiet. Your beds have the comfort of a five star hotel. Thank you again, and would love to stay in one of your other properties in California or Colorado. Jeanne"

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
