  • Best deal in Lake Tahoe

"This is a comfortable and cozy well-stocked cabin with "filtered" lake views meaning you can see the lake just 300 feet away through the abundant and gorgeous foliage that made for a memorable and scenic view. A quiet affluent neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was magical during snow fall with the large front window and warm inviting gas stove. Even with the snow, my doggy and I are were at the beach playing with less than a 90 second walk from the front door. The property owner is very accommodating and quick to respond to concerns. I can be a bit of a tough customer but Kylie couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Highly recommended!"

  • Andersen Family

"Very nice home that is perfect for multiple families or small familt reunion Entire home is, fully equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen to garage. A few things here and there need some TLC, but that makes it really feel like home. Great location, in South shore. Thanks for letting us stay, and thanks for being dog friendly."

  • Fantastic cabin for families!

"We had a wonderful stay at Amy's cabin! We were 2 families sharing the house (2 couples and 4 kids) and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for the adults and the kids LOVED the bunk room upstairs! The kitchen was cozy but really was plenty of room for us. It was great to have some space outside for the kids to play in the snow too. The cabin was conveniently located right in Incline Village with easy access to restaurants and stores. While we were there we took the easy drive up to Mt. Rose for a great day of skiing. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Amy!"

  • Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

"My husband and I just spent our 40th Anniversary in Lake Tahoe and I'm glad that I came across this rental property! It was more house than the 2 of us needed but it was awesome! Great view of the lake from the house and enjoying the hot tub while the sun was setting was beautiful. Wonderful food all around and of course time was spent in the Casinos as well as some fun shopping. Connie was very helpful and easy to work with and we would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!"

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
