  • Perfect for multiple families with kids

"I rent a lot of homes for our vacations and I can say this home has been one of the best. We had a total of 11 in our group including 5 children and it was perfect for our group. I loved the layout of the home b/c the children were able to take the back rooms away from the living room so that the adults can stay up and not worry about making too much noise. Plenty of things to keep us entertained and the open layout of the home gave us plenty of space to lounge around and play. The backyard and pool were amazing as well. Joe was super helpful and hospitable and checked up on us to make sure we were doing ok. I've never had an owner so responsive, available and attentive to our stay. We now have a go-to place for our future stays in Vegas. Thanks, Joe for making our stay there so wonderful!"

  • Wrights

"The condo was very comfortable all around. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Loved to location in Incline Village since we were visiting our son that lived there in town."

  • Comfortable and conveniently located.

"The condo is in a complex on the east side of the main hwy, so not super close for walking to town, especially with kids. It is about a mile to stores, restaurants and beaches. The pool is very close to the unit, that was great, especially with our little one. The pool was very clean and perfect temperature. The unit itself was comfortable. The beds were comfy and plenty of space in the unit. The kitchen was adequate. We had a hard time figuring out the TV, but aren't really TV watchers so we didn't much care. Internet was very slow, but worked for the most part- I wouldn't depend on it if there were important matters needing tending to. There were very limited bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels, so consider bringing your own. Also a good idea to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, as those items were scarce upon arrival. Also, as we had planned to cook most nights, we were bummed to see the BBQ in barely functioning condition and it is charcoal, not gas. Although I believe Hugo was planning to replace it. Hugo was great to deal with! Very responsive and timely. Overall we were super happy and would stay there again."

  • Fantastic place to stay

"We booked this property for 8 Quebec friends for a cycling trip. There is a bicycle shop at 1.2miles. Good location for the start of our rides; Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Zion Park, Valley of Fire and even closer to the Las Vegas Strip! The property was fantastic, very spacious/huge, very quiet. Nothing was missing, even a big cooler! Mary was very responsive to our numerous emails...everything was fine. I woud recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas and the surroundings canyons."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
