  • BEST location for activities at the Hyatt

"My sister and I wanted to enjoy the spa, casino and restaurant at the Hyatt, enjoy some space, not have to drive, and be able to walk the shortest possible distance. This place is it! Not only is the condo perfectly located to all the Hyatt has to offer as well as private beaches, walking and tons of restaurant choices within a walk, but the condo was beautiful. Wonderful rock fireplace, comfortable furnishing, quiet, with everything you need - kitchen, laundry, etc. Highly recommended! PLUS - the owner was very patient and accommodating - answering all our questions promptly and kindly. We're coming back for sure!"

  • Wonderful Stay with Plenty of Room

"I had a group of 7 girls coming to Vegas for a bachelorette party, so finding a space that could accommodate all of us and keep us close was very difficult. The side by side penthouse suites were just perfect! They comfortably house 8, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out in one room. Having a kitchen was incredibly convenient so that we could make some food and prep for the night without spending too much extra money. The price for the suite was pretty great as well :] Nicole and Maddie were very helpful during the reservation process and after. It was very easy to book it and to make any necessary modifications. Everything was ready for us as soon as we arrived and it was very clean and well stocked. Staying at the MGM Signature is great because you get all of the perks of the MGM Grand and the strip, but without all of the commotion and noise of the casino hotels. I would definitely book through Signature Rentals again, and would definitely stay here once more. I know that my friends feel the same way!"

  • Beautiful home!

"This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. It was clean & well taken care of. Arlene was great to work with, very prompt to return e-mails/calls. We really enjoyed the pool and back yard~ lots of chairs to relax & enjoy the sunshine in. Close to stores & restaurants. Also close to Mt. Charleston and Hoover Dam/Lake Mead. Would love to stay here again if we are in the area."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
