  • Absolutely Beautiful!!

"We stayed at this gorgeous home at the beginning of October. When we first stepped into the house, we quickly realized the pictures don't do it justice! This house was more beautiful than we imagined!! It was a very spacious house too! The master bedroom is HUGE!! The biggest I have ever seen! Not to mention a dream walk in closet! haha We held our small wedding at the house and some of the girls ended up using the closet as a dressing room! lol The outside area was perfect. 2 waterfalls, a pool, and a hot tub! The patio is nice and big and very good for small get-togethers! All of our guests who stayed over night with us were very pleased with their rooms! I was a little bummed at first when we found out we couldn't use the whirlpool tub in the master bath because a part was missing but we didn't have time for it anyway lol. I would absolutely recommend this house! I actually got a little teary-eyed when we had to leave!"

  • As Described and with an awesome view of Bellagio fountain show

"We had the opportunity to meet the owner and her partner when we arrived - very accommodating and conscientious about the cleanliness of the room (which we appreciated). We arrived in the morning and our room was still being cleaned (check-in isn't until late afternoon), although we were able to store our luggage there while we walked the strip. When we got back the room was ready and was clean. The pictures of the fountains do not do it justice. It is much nicer in person and we were still in awe after seven days of seeing the fountain shows. You could not have stayed any closer to the strip just about at the halfway mark. The Jockey Club is a smaller older timeshare attached to the Cosmopolitan and next to the Bellagio. While the facility is a little outdated, it was clean and the room itself worked for us. The Jockey Club does not have any casinos in the lounge, which made for a much quieter facility that we appreciated when it came time to return to the room for the night. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us a later check out on the last day to coincide with our flight. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for reasonable accommodations in Las Vegas."

  • Great place for the price

"Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for the New Year holidays. The condo is suspended on the side of hill and you feel like your on the edge of the world. The views are amazing and at night you can see the town's twinkling lights. In the morning the sunrises are just as amazing. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of linen and extra covers and we didn't have any complains from anyone in our group. We had plenty of firewood for the fireplace, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The drive to this condo is very scenic, lots of restaurants near by. Downtown is just a few miles away and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. You can't go wrong by renting this place. There are a lot of stairs to walk up to this condo, but that's the price you pay if you want this amazing view. Definitely would rent again and recommend it highly to those who want something more than the ordinary."

  • Great Stay

"We had a wonderful experience in this unit at the Grand Sierra Resort. The unit is clean and comfortable, the butler's pantry is nice to have, the refrigerator is a good size and was very quiet at night. The unit is on the 19th floor and the views are excellent, especially at dawn and dusk. A nice surprise was the elevators -- with express elevators to the 17th floor and higher, it was almost like having our own elevator, usually with very little wait. The resort itself has everything you could want under one roof. And dealing with Ken and Tracy was a real pleasure, everything went very smoothly. All in all, a great experience."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
