  • Cozy Condo!

"This cozy little condo was perfection. Everything was well-kept and clean! We especially enjoyed the shuttle rides (stop right outside the house) to the casinos and Heavenly. It certainly felt like our home away from home. Dimitry was just delightful and easy to work with. The entire process was effortless even during such a busy season as New Years. I definitely recommend staying here for a Tahoe getaway!"

  • Cozy Escape

"The Cozy Shangrila is extremely convenient. Located right by the door to the main building, it affords easy unloading and convenience for all ages. This cozy escape has two beds, two baths,a well-stocked kitchen and living room, and a hot tub. My family and I stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed every minute of our stay."

  • Amazing Stay!!!

"I just came back from staying at this amazing place. Everyone had a blast. The house is enormous, adults and kids have plenty of space to enjoy all of the activities, from fishing, swimming, water sports to ping pong and pool. I don't think I left the house. We cooked every meal in their professional kitchen. I didn't even know that there was a park with 6 lakes. Next time, I will definitely check out the park. Our family are already planning on renting this property for an annual family gathering. Thank you, owner for sharing your magnificent home."

  • Get Together

"This was my first time renting a vacation rental. My family and I had a great time, the house was clean, neat and well kept. Its good to have GPS to help navigate around town and wonderful having coffee in the morning in pj's. before starting the day's activities. Natalie was great and answered our phone call promptly...we couldn't figure out the tv remote controls(battery was dead) LOL fresh ones were brought to us. I hope to come again in the summer and use the swimming pool . We liked the pool table as a great recreation activity when just hanging around."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
