  • Perfect condo in the perfect Incline Village Location!

"I've been visiting Incline Village for more than 30 years, and this is one of the nicest and most convenient rentals I have ever experienced. To start, the owners are very nice, and they go out of their way to provide you with all of the information you need to enjoy your stay. They even left us a nice note and gift basket to start off our 4 night stay. The unit is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, and walking distance (or a very short drive) to the Raley's shopping center and the Starbucks (both important for us on our stay). The complex is VERY quiet and the unit is as well. There is no one above you, which is great, and the location is not close enough to the entrance or street to hear much traffic noise. The condo is very clean, homey and comfortable. Antique Winter gear adorns the walls and a large, warm fireplace gives the condo that special Tahoe charm. The condo has recently been updated, and is well appointed with a kitchen stocked with all of the cooking utensils you would ever need, plenty of plates and glassware, brand new appliances, a washer and dryer, and TVs in the Living Room and Bedroom. Really, the owners have planned why ahead to anticipate your traveling needs, and have provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy North Lake Tahoe. For a couple, this is the PERFECT getaway spot. As soon as we can make it back to Tahoe, we will surely stay here again!"

  • Great cabin

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was gorgeous and it's really comfortable even with the 10 people because of all the beds. There's a massive oven with huge gas stove tops so it was a lot of fun to cook here. They were also nice and gave us late checkout because no one was coming in. My only complaint is that the property company was pretty rude. I called to ask if there was firewood, and about propane since the tank on the BBQ was empty, and the guy was so rude for no reason. Then we went up to bed, and the fireplace in the master bedroom didn't work for us, and it was FREEZING up there. But I didn't want to bother rude-guy again so we just piled a ton of blankets on top of us. Tips: 1. Bring firewood to use the fireplace 2. Turn the hottub onto higher heat an hour before you want to get in 3. Ask for the wifi password, the one that was written down was wrong. We hacked it by plugging into ethernet and logging into the router and reading the password there."

  • Perfect Labor Day weekend!

"This was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was meticulously clean and included lots of amenities. The owner was very responsive to our questions and had a very thorough "about the area" binder waiting. We found a paddle board rental place and spent days at the beach. Perfect weekend. Crosby's is close by and is a good place for family meals. Super casual but good food!"

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
