  • Beach house

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being able to walk to the beach with the kids was very nice. We had 3 family's and there was plenty of room. The home was clean. The owners could use updating a few things, like carpet and kitchen. But with everything being clean it wasn't a big deal to us."

  • Great Condo Close to Beach

"We loved the condo! Comfortable, clean, nice beds and close to the great Incline beaches. I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, everything we needed for a weekend getaway. I am looking forward to renting this condo again next summer."

  • Just as Great the Second Time Around

"I can't say enough about the service I received from Maddie and Nicole. This was our second visit staying in a 2BR unit and this unit was cleaned and maintained to the same level of quality as our previous visit. The only difference is that this one was on the 31st floor and faced the airport rather than a few floors higher and facing the strip. Other than that, everything else was just as we remembered on our previous trip. Highly recommend this for families or two couples vacationing together. Like most things in Vegas the unit is not cheap - but it is very roomy."

  • Amazing luxurious home for groups and families!

"This home was incredible! We recently spent the weekend there with a couple other families. As you walk in, you realize what a beautiful home you are in. The main area is huge, and even with up to 16 people in the open kitchen/dining/living room area, it did not feel crowded at all. We cooked each meal at the home, and having 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens was great for feeding large groups. The kitchen is well-stocked with condiments. The refrigerator a good size also. There was plenty of dinnerware, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls and small appliances to make anything you wish. The master bedroom is beautiful, with an amazing master bathroom, and a steam shower. The hot tub on the deck outside the main area (with a nice view of the stars), followed by a trip to the 8 person steam room downstairs was perfect after a long day of skiing. Being in Tahoe always makes my skin feel dry but utilizing the steam shower and/or steam room for a short period of time each day made it so I never felt dry throughout my trip. There are 4 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds downstairs. Each bedroom also has it's own bathroom. There is large TV room for adults, and another one for kids, as well as many DVDs (for both adults and kids) to choose from. Every room was spacious. Noise was very well contained so that if all the adults were upstairs, and the kids were playing downstairs, we did not disturb each other. There was a ping pong table in the garage. There was a large armoire of board games to entertain your group with. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac so that the kids could play outside and it felt very safe. The service was great as there was a local contact we called on arrival to show us all the features of the home. He was nice enough to fill our propane tanks so that we could grill that evening. You will love staying in this home and you will not be disappointed! We look forward to renting this home again."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
