  • The house is absolutely fabulous and Marlene does what she says she will do...

"If you are exhibiting at Red Rocks and are thinking of hosting a quiet and exclusive dinner party after the show (and want to pay no more than you would pay for hotel rooms at Red Rock Hotel for three people) I highly recommend this estate. Marlene is reasonable on rates for professional groups that what the perfect blend of pool, elegance and exclusivity while not breaking the Las Vegas bank. The house is well maintained the beds are super comfortable and the 15 or so seat superb video conference/movie room makes holding a presentation a snap. Do something unusually for your next meeting and rent this space for those clients that are worth it. Cheers and thanks Marlene for making this show a great success. The only issue will be who gets the Master Suite (I did and it was wonderful)."

  • The best cabin in Tahoe!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great neighbors. Great customer service. I've been here the past 4 years and wouldn't rent from anyone else. Place is always super clean with extra pillows and towels for everyone. Right by the strip easy access with a cab for those drunk late nights. If you're looking for a place to have a good time with the luxuries of home here is where to go."

  • Absolutely Beautiful!!

"We stayed at this gorgeous home at the beginning of October. When we first stepped into the house, we quickly realized the pictures don't do it justice! This house was more beautiful than we imagined!! It was a very spacious house too! The master bedroom is HUGE!! The biggest I have ever seen! Not to mention a dream walk in closet! haha We held our small wedding at the house and some of the girls ended up using the closet as a dressing room! lol The outside area was perfect. 2 waterfalls, a pool, and a hot tub! The patio is nice and big and very good for small get-togethers! All of our guests who stayed over night with us were very pleased with their rooms! I was a little bummed at first when we found out we couldn't use the whirlpool tub in the master bath because a part was missing but we didn't have time for it anyway lol. I would absolutely recommend this house! I actually got a little teary-eyed when we had to leave!"

  • Great location, very nice home and the owners were very responsive.

"My family and I stayed at this condo over the Christmas holidays. I was somewhat leery when my wife first suggested we stay there since it only had two bedrooms and we have three large teenage sons. The place was magnificent and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the large dining room table and the living room area. My three sons shared one of the bedrooms and they are not small children, but when asked if they felt there was enough room for all three, they said it was fine. They especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi in their bathroom after a long day of skiing and I enjoyed a daily steam in the master bathroom. Upon arrival we had a few questions and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The condo is located directly across the street from the Hyatt and less than 100 yards from a liquor store and three very nice eating establishments. My sons and wife took lessons at Mt. Rose which was about a 20 minute ride, door to door. Diamond Peak is also easily accessible from this location. It is also close to the beach for the summer season. In short, this is an excellent rental."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
