  • Comfy week long stay

"Stayed for 8 nights in September for my annual football visit to Vegas. Sleep quality was a big factor and this condo delivered: very comfy bed, less hallway traffic, with an option to close additional hallway doors that separate the unit (and its neighboring unit) from the hallway. The unit is very clean and as shown in the pictures with plenty of space, a functional (and equipped) kitchenette, and a large bathroom. The gym is better than in the MGM itself, and the MGM pool with its lazy river is easily accessible as Tower 1 is the closest to the big pool and casino. The quickest way to the Strip is through Harmon Avenue, which takes you to the corner where Planet Hollywood, the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio are located. To take full advantage of the kitchenette, there's a Whole Foods 2-3 bus stops away. Every year I try a new place in Vegas, but I like this place so much that I will not hesitate to repeat here next year."

  • It was a great place for us!

"The upstairs space was perfect for preparing meals, eating and just plain hanging out together. It was also nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There were 15 of us, so it didn't seem crowded at all. Views were awesome and the owner was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Pretty easy beach access and close to shopping. All in all, it was a great spot for our weekend reunion!"

  • Lovely Condo with every convenience!

"We had a great stay at this lovely remodeled condo. The owners did a great job in decorating the unit to resemble the inside of a cabin. We were provided with a packet listing local favorite restaurants, beaches and recreational sites. This made our stay very enjoyable and we hope to be back next season!"

  • Happy With Lengthy Stay

"I stayed at this charming studio condo for almost 3 months. As a single female in Reno for the first time and in town for medical treatment, I was concerned about safety. I spent days scouring the internet for a short term rental in a high rise, which are very few and far between in Reno. This condominium was perfect for my needs. The building is very well maintained, there is controlled entry and everyone is very friendly. The location is very close to buses and the University of Reno. There is an organic food store very close by for days that I did not feel well enough to travel. The owner of the condo as well as the wonderful lady who helps him manage it, was very accommodating to my needs. I hope to stay here again in the future if I am in Reno. As a friend of mine in Reno said, "I lucked out"!"

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
