  • Room with a view

"If you have a large party or family, I would recommend this place because it's on the strip and everything is in walking distance. The best part of this Penthouse Suite is the view of the Bellagio fountain and the strip. You can bring your own food to cook because there are two kitchens full of utensils and cups. Property was clean and the layout of the room was good. Each bedroom has two beds and has doors to close for privacy or if you want it to be quiet. Malka was very helpful and provided great customer service. All the information she provided was detailed. We didn't go to the pool because we wanted to experience a day club. If we had known that "guys" have to pay a $55 fee to get into a day club, we would've have just gone to the Bamboo pool at the Cosmopolitan that is attached to this property. This property is located in the between the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. You can walk to Caesars Palace, across to Paris or Planet Hollywood. I would give her a call if you want to stay on the strip without having to pay a hefty price."

  • Nice house for 4 friend "Medium Speed" Vegas Trip

"Overall the house was a good fit for me and my 3 friends (in our 30's) to have a medium speed Las Vegas experience. We didnt want to go all out crazy. The house offered us some space, a pool to relax in/by, and a quiet neighborhood to allow us to sleep well. If you think you want to experience Vegas, but wont be going full speed the whole time, this house will allow you to recoup and regroup."

  • Adorable condo!

"It is obvious that a lot of thought went into the design and decor of this adorable condo. It was well equipped and spotless. The beds were comfortable. Only great things to say about this condo. Sherry was very nice and easy to work with. She is quite knowledgable about the area. We wish there was more snow to ski but the scenery was beautiful. We highly recommend Elements Spa in South Lake Tahoe! We do NOT recommend at all the ski rental place in the same complex as Fox and Hound Restaurant. The skis were not sharpened or waxed. They were not friendly or helpful and appeared to be high on something other than life."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
