  • Awesome View, Awesome HOME!!

"We could not have picked a better house for our stay. We had family staying with us who have 2 small boys and this house was Perfect for all. The house is Roomy and Comfortable, the decks have an incredible view which we enjoyed every morning with coffee. There was plenty of parking and room for our boat. We were close to everything, even a beautiful Park, Perfect for the kids. The family was so Pleased that if they come to visit next year, we will rent it again."

  • Visitor to Lake Tahoe

"We just stayed in this house for eight days with our two daughters and their husbands. The pictures do not do it justice! It is beautiful and comfortable, and outfitted with everything you might need at your fingertips. The owner is so friendly, and easy to work with. All the details were coordinated through a couple of emails. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of a babbling brook outside of the master bedroom. Whether you have forgotten shampoo, a blow dryer or need some olive oil to sauté your favorite dish; it is all there! Texans pride themselves on southern hospitality, but we sure felt in the heart of Lake Tahoe! Thanks, Chris for sharing your home with us. Would love to stay again sometime!"

  • Week in Vegas

"We stayed at this unit for a week for a family hol . Our adult children stayed at MGM grand and Luxor and we wanted somewhere self-contained for family get-togethers. This unit was very comfortable, spotless and exactly as described by vrbo. The spaciousness was lovely, the fifth floor just nice for getting to and from, it was well stocked re kitchen ( peeler and can opener needed though). The ensuited bathroom is very large and clean. Great to have the second bathroom too. The walk to MGM took about five minutes max. Staff at the signature were very nice and helpful too. Thanks Kim, we were completely happy with your unit!"

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
