  • Incredible place to stay in Incline Village

"We had a wonderful time spending New Years Eve week at this house. It exceeded all of our expectations. The house is 4-stories, which is extremely convenient for multiple families as everyone has privacy and personal space. It also allows for wonderful views from every single room in the house. The house is very spacious, well-stocked, nicely appointed, and clean. You feel like you in a home, not just a house. The location is hard to beat as it's a stone-throw away from Diamond Peak (literally) and a short drive to the lake, restaurants, Hyatt, etc. Additionally, owners are very easy and pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend this house enough and look forward to returning."

  • Great Mountain Home, Great Location

"Enjoyed a lovely week in this very comfortable house. Crystal Bay is a great location, so close to both Kings Beach and Incline. The house is very nice and well-cared for! We especially enjoyed the big, super well-equipped kitchen, the amazing master suite, and all of the nice living space. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. Really appreciated my interactions with the owner - very responsive and pleasant to make arrangements with. 5 stars!"

  • Fabulous home in a very convenient location - best vacation ever!!

"Stayed here for a week with two adults, two seniors and a two year old. My 78 year old father said this was the best vacation he had ever had in his life, and the rest of us agreed. We own two timeshares and have rented houses all over the US. I travel for work, so we spend a significant amount of time staying in places other than our home. This one was the best. My son spent hours at a time in the pool. The location was very convenient, a few minutes from the airport and downtown. We did day trips to the Hoover Dam, Death Valley, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. I am a runner, and this home is less than 1/2 mile to the nicest city park I have ever seen in my life, miles of running trails, several playgrounds, a splash pad and a very large lake. I cannot say enough good things about this home and the location. We arrived very late at night, around 10 PM, and had no issues checking in or out. Tracy and her co-worker were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property, we will for sure be back!!"

  • Unforgettable vacation

"We, group of 10 friends (5 couple) have spent incredible 5 days (September 17-21) in this vacation house. The house welcomed us with gorgeous, open floor plan, absolutely stunning view from every window and with perfect accommodations. The kitchen was the best part of the house, all modern, updated and clean. The house overall was clean and welcoming. There was a huge area downsairs that couldv'e been used as a game area (pool table, ect.) however; we spent the happiest days ever and had perfect time. Jenni was very helpful, responsive and willing. I will definately recommend this place to everyone. P.S. Don't forget to visit Emerald Bay, the best spectacular place I have ever been."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
