Great home in a great location
"This home was absolutley amazing it did NOT disappoint. Everyhting was accuratley described in the description of the home. The home was clean and very inviting for our family. The pool table was a great hit and had a lot of use during our stay. Phyllis and Katie were both very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this home to anyone whoi plans to visit Las Vegas and wants a great place to stay away from the chaos of the strip. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home and we look forward to staying in your home in the future."

"We had a mini family reunion here. The BlueGo shuttle stop was just a short walk down the hill. This meant the kids did not need us to drive them into town to catch the lift or to get home. A short walk up the hill was a restaurant and bar, along with a little grocery store.
The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen has most kitchen items needed. The heater worked well!!!!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Stayed here with my 2 teens and my elderly mom whom we brought to see Tahoe for the first time. The views are spectacular and the house itself was very classy, clean and comfortable. There were only a few stairs which she could easily handle. The only negatives were as in other reviews, that the electronics need an upgrade. The DVD player malfunctioned, so my husband brought from home as we wanted to watch movies in the evening. Also, the wireless internet was awful. We had to reboot the modem & router constantly. OF course we were not there for movies and internet so this was only a minor issue for us. We also brought our own beach towels, as there were not enough at the house per another reviewer. The little room where the twin beds were for my teens is kind of stuffy as the exercise area just outside the window is encased for the exercise equipment. (None of the equipment really worked). In order not to overheat, we had to open the door on the deck to the exercise room so they could get some airflow. We found a fan as well. The master room is very nice and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Second deck with the hot tub is right there. The other room with Queen bed is very large with a sofa and it's own TV center. It felt very private from the other rooms and was an ideal set up for Grandma. All in all our stay was great. The location was easy to get to the beaches (we went to Sand Beach every day which was only 3 miles away) and very quiet. This place would be an awesome location if you ski Diamond Peak in the winter. It's just a mile and a half down the road to their entrance! I hope we get a chance to do it again! Thanks to Marmot Vacation Rentals for all the arrangements and making our stay in Tahoe a success!"

"Jordan was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The house was beautiful and super clean, true to the pictures on the website. Between the beautiful pool and bountiful amenities, this is the perfect place to stay with family. I highly recommend Jordan as a host, and his home. The experience was fantastic."
