  • Pretty sweet location off the strip

"I stayed here for a conference and it was a really nice setup. It has a nice pool for hot days/nights, TV's in each room, a nice big open area to hangout (dining room/living room) and a pool table. A solid kitchen that can hold a good amount of food for a weeklong trip and is within walking distance of a convenience store. It's about 10 minutes off the strip so it's close enough to drive in for a day or night trip."

  • Amazing experience!

"The resort was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect. Close to the strip but not among the hustle and bustle. We stayed in the 3 bedroom Presidential Suite and it was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and had all the comforts of home. I cannot say enough nice things about Laura, the owner. She was extremely helpful and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to book through her again!"

  • A fantastic Vegas apartment

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 12 nights at Katrina’s apartment in MGM Signature Tower 3. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious with quality fittings & amenities. Then photos on this Site are accurate. The configuration of the apartment is such that the bedroom does not adjoin another apartment, which when combined with the off-strip location of the MGM Signature makes for a very quiet night’s sleep. The free wifi in the apartment worked fine and was very fast for our entire stay. The MGM Signature itself is a very nice, modern complex. It has the benefits of being part of the MGM Grand but away from the Casino & Strip itself. So close enough to all the fun but far enough away from the noise and smoke when it is time to get some sleep. The Signature is an easy 10 minute internal walk (with powered walk ways) to the Grand and the strip. The Signature has 3 pools of its own which are great for soaking up the Vegas sun as well as access to the Grand’s pool complex. Katrina was great to deal with and very responsive. There were a couple of small things to be sorted on our arrival and Katrina and her Las Vegas team attended to them promptly. We recommend this property and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Las Vegas."

  • THIS CABIN IS HEAVEN!!

"Wow! What an amazing home this is! We had a family reunion here and it was marvelous. We could not have asked for more. There are so many wonderful qualities about this home and we all felt like we were in heaven which is partly true because the cabin sits so high up. The views were spectacular with a view of the lake, the beautiful boulder rocks and the pine trees. The cabin is located at the very end of the street, so there is no traffic. In fact, it is so very peaceful and quiet which makes for a wonderful night's sleep. Not a sound could be heard, not even a barking dog. The setup of the kitchen, pool table and living room provided the perfect place for all 10 of us to be together whether it was the ladies preparing meals in the kitchen, the guys shooting pool, or the rest of us watching TV or simply catching up on current events. The beds are extremely comfortable which is a must for me. The shower in the master suite is awesome as is the jetted tub. Since we had a picnic planned, it was really convenient to simply bring in the picnic food directly from the car to the refrigerator in the garage instead of carrying everything to the 3rd floor kitchen. We also kept the rest of the picnic gear down in the garage for easy loading into vehicles. The weather was perfect and we were able to engage in any activities we had planned. I'd like to thank Monte for making such wonderfulness available for others to enjoy and I'd like to thank Maria for her sweet and professional part in our reservation. This was truly a sweet reunion."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
