  • Wonderful!!!!

"Our family of 6 stayed here over Labor Day Weekend and had an amazing time. The kitchen/living area was plenty large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably; especially with the huge dining table in the kitchen. The wood deck off the kitchen offered a great view of the lake and another dining option. The beach was literally 100 steps away with Round Hill Marina a short walk away. Home is located in a private community which offers a quiet, peaceful environment. Would definitely stay again!"

  • Great home in a great location

"This home was absolutley amazing it did NOT disappoint. Everyhting was accuratley described in the description of the home. The home was clean and very inviting for our family. The pool table was a great hit and had a lot of use during our stay. Phyllis and Katie were both very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this home to anyone whoi plans to visit Las Vegas and wants a great place to stay away from the chaos of the strip. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home and we look forward to staying in your home in the future."

  • Retirement Trip - First Time in Vegas

"We really enjoyed our trip to the sunny south and our condo was a perfect size for us! We would have really liked to have a little bigger refrigerator (spent lots of dollars on ice for our cooler) and an oven. My husband is diabetic so eating out constantly is very hard on his health and his insulin took up some refrigerator space. The location of the condo is perfect as it feels like you are in the country and the view is beautiful. Loved walking over to the village over the bridge and we even rented a boat over there and went for a tour of the Lake. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have reserved the condo for next year already!!"

  • Shanna

"My family and I spent our Spring Break at the Condo and had a wonderful time there! It was clean, homey and very comfortable. Very tastefully decorated! There was very easy access to the surrounding trails for dirt biking and four-wheeling. Nice places to ride our pedal bikes as well. We did not golf there, but the courses were beautiful!"

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
