"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is immaculate, comfortable, well organized and well equipped. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private. Sitting on the dock looking at the mountain scenery was a joy, as well as kayaking around the pond almost every day. We enjoyed using the recently renovated tennis courts at the community recreation area. Great location to get to amenities in the area - Mt. Sunapee, Sunapee Harbor, or up to Hanover and Lebanon. An awesome place to just relax and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of nature. We hope that we will be able to use it again."

"Spent a week (early July 2015) here and it was really incredible. Beautiful home & property. Really great place to just unwind & relax. We had 8 adults & 2 children and had plenty of room for all. The kitchen & back screened porch were the favorite hang outs. Bill & Jenny were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!"

Wonderful house, wonderful owners, amazing views, perfect for a big family
"We rented this lovely home for the ski season. It is large, and yet cozy! The house is beautifully decorated and is stocked with all the supplies a family needs to feel at home. It is extremely convenient to Mt. Sunapee and the views of the lake and mountains are just spectacular. The owner is well organized and very nice to work with. There are separate spaces for kids and guests. The dining table can easily fit 8-10 people for dinner or games! The living room with its charming fireplace is perfect to relax in after a great day of skiing. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!"

"My husband and I stayed in this charming farmhouse for Presidents' Day weekend with our three-year-old and one-year-old girls, and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, as well as plenty of spices and condiments. The house's floor plan accommodated our family perfectly: we used the two downstairs bedrooms and put the baby's travel crib in the passageway between the living room and master bedroom. One thing I'd note to families with small kids is that there isn't a bathtub; but our girls did fine with a big bowl and some wash cloths in the shower. The setting is idyllic, with views eastward across the lake in one direction and westward over a big pasture in the other direction. We had frigid temps and loads of snow while we were there, but we were still able to play outside a bit, using the sleds stored in the barn on the quiet dead-end road that the house sits at the end of. We also enjoyed a little time at the local branch of the town library, where the librarian was nice enough to let us borrow a few DVDs. It was the perfect "country getaway" that we'd been looking for!"
