"We arrived to a well cleaned and maintained condo. Myself, my husband and 30yr old daughter who has some disabilities which made it un comfortable to sleep on the poorly sleeper sofa! A lot of the units have the same one and they are horrible! I tried it! And my daughter is only 85lbs! The really need to update that feature ! Now on to the good, clean, great location, love the lake, nice size deck for outside sitting . If you don't like listening to loud music due to the outside concert venue then make sure their is no one playing when you go! It is loud but they do stop around 11ish . This was by far the best unit I've stayed in at Misty Harbor. We had great weather and a fabulous time"

"We own a timeshare and travel to different destinations each year, but we thought we'd try something different in our own backyard of New Hampshire. So glad we did! The house is more than accommodating, from the deck over the boathouse which offered stunning views of the lake, large kitchen, living and sleeping quarters - we were more than pleased. If you want to escape life's challenges and free your mind of noise, this island retreat is a must. We had family join us for a few days and they also felt the same about this property, and none of them wanted to leave! Morning coffee and star viewing on the deck is unmatched anywhere. From day one till we left the same comments were said each day - this is absolutely amazing, wow, unreal, and so on. This will go down as a hassle free vacation, from obtaining the property with simple paper work to where to go and the what to do's - this was quit a relief from your typical vacation planning."

"We spent a lovely post Labor Day week at this lakeside house. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a couple of amazing sunrises. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. We ate most of our meals on the deck. Coffee (or beer) on the private dock was also a highlight. The boat traffic was a little noisy on the weekend, but during the week it is remarkably quiet. (I was told that the boat traffic was not too bad during the week in the summer, as well). The two kayaks saw much use! There are two bathrooms and lots of comfortable sleeping options. It's very reasonably priced and we would definitely go back."

"I stayed at this cottage with 4 friends over 4th of July weekend and it was exactly what I thought it would be: charming, rustic, with beach access and in a great location right in the heart of Weirs by the boardwalk. The owner was responsive and great to work with. We knew exactly what to expect and even got a positive surprise with more bedding/towels/beach toys available for use than we thought. The experience was pretty perfect. The only criticism would be that the private beach area isn't as large as I thought it would be, but still plenty of room to lay out and once you're in the water, the lake is huge and obviously all yours!!! Would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a charming cottage for a weekend getaway!"
