  • Memories Made

"Yes, many wonderful memories were made when my husband and I stayed with our three sons and their families (4 grandchildren under the age of three). The home was beyond our expectation; clean, open and spacious. Words cannot begin to describe the beautiful, private, dead end location, the sandy beach and crystal clear water was enjoyed by all the family members. Panoramic views from the deck and beach of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen came in handy as we all took turns creating wonderful meals for the family! The dock was perfect for our boat and jet ski. Oh yes, the camp fires on the beach..Heavenly! Dave was a pleasure to deal with, and we all want to thank him for allowing us to have these happy memories of his beautiful home! We certainly would come and vacation here again."

  • Perfection

"Our extended family, made up of six adults and two toddlers, spent a magical long weekend at this idyllic property in October. It was our first trip to Lake Winnipesaukee; and now we can't wait to return. Upon arrival at the property, we were overwhelmed with excitement and a total sense of relaxation. A guest could not ask for more in terms of the design and attention to detail, both inside and outside of the house. Over the course of the weekend, we lounged by the fire in the cozy living room; prepared and shared meals in the open kitchen & dining room; toured the lake; relaxed on the perfect front porch; introduced the babies to their first-ever s'mores in the incredible outdoor fire pit; admired the beautiful New England foliage and sunsets from the beach area; and explored the woods behind the house (even building our own teepee...see if you can find it on your next visit!). If you are seeking a rustic, quiet, relaxing getaway to recharge your family's batteries, without giving up any of the modern comforts that you love from home (i.e. fully appointed kitchen, strong wifi, great sound system, directv, etc.), then this property is where you want to go. The only down side is when it comes time to leave!"

  • Great vacation home!

"My family, and extended family rented this home in mid-summer. It is definitely not a cottage. The home was lovely and well decorated - the bathrooms felt like you were staying at a 5-star resort. Everything was there for us - from big fluffy towels, board games for the family, life jackets, and it did not lack for anything in the kitchen. We rented a pontoon boat, and it was extremely easy to park it in this quiet cove. The kids ( and adults) loved the water trampoline and kayaks. The decks overlooking the lake were used from early morning to late at night - they were well protected so when the sun was shining, it was very warm despite the cooler morning temperatures. Brian was well prepared for guests. Every switch in the house was labeled - no guessing involved and the book of local activities was very helpful. The one cooler day during the week, we headed to Gunstock for activities for the kids. Wish we had made reservations for the zipline - it was booked for hours. Next time! Hoping to get the family back next year - and we have requests from other family members who want to join us as they saw our pictures and heard our stories!"

  • Breathtaking Views

"The cabin and guest house were perfect. They were in a secluded location that was very peaceful and relaxing. We hiked Mt. Major on Saturday and it was only a short drive away. The dock was great to go down to and get an even broader view of the lake. The kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils to cook with however there was a need to make a stop during the trip to grab paper towels and hand soap for the bathrooms. All in all it was a perfect location and a warm welcoming home. We plan on going back!"
