"Museum Lodges is a peaceful, cozy and charming place. My husband and I loved kayaking, relaxing and exploring. The people we met there were so warm, welcoming and friendly. Our friends visited us there and they loved the woodsy, lake-front location. Tom was very helpful and showed us everything upon our arrival. Museum Lodges is definitely a place we would revisit!"

"I stumbled across this house on the Internet and I am very glad I did. I was looking for a spacious home for our yearly family reunion. The house and location exceeded all my expectations. It comfortably fit 8 of us with several beds that were not used. The house is set back from the road in a beautiful area of New Hampshire. The dining room comfortably fit all of us for dinner every night. The kitchen had all the tools to cook dinner with room for several chefs. The rear deck and hot tub were a great place to unwind. Sunset Lake is gorgeous. The walk to the lake through the woods was always beautiful and at the end you find Sunset Lake. The dock is large enough for at least 8 people to relax on. The lake is clean and quiet. We'd spend our nights relaxing outside looking at the stars and listening to the loons.
I can't say enough good things about the house and location. The house was spotless upon our arrival. Within a reasonable drive is Wolfsboro and a little further out is Woodstock, so there is plenty to do if you want to get out.
Dick was very accommodating and even called us mid week to see how we were. We would absolutely rent this beautiful house from Dick again. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and spend a very relaxing week."

"To celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we decided to invite our children and grandchildren up to the lake for a week's vacation. The house was so reminiscent of long past summers spent at the lake with our children (now grown) and delighted the grandchildren. There are so many places for everyone to spread out, it never seemed crowded. The waterfront was great and renting a boat so the children could water ski and tube was perfect. The kayaks were in constant use as was the raft. Wolfeboro is just up the road. The view is so peaceful and beautiful. The house had everything you needed and the fireplace and Mr. Moose were an added extra! Our family really got a chance to relax and reconnect. It was a vacation to treasure and remember. We hope to do it again! We highly recommend it."

"Just back from a very relaxing refreshing vacation with most of our family, 6 adults and 6 kids in their teens. We brought our canoe and kayaks and found them very easy to launch from the docks. One dock has deep enough water for diving. We cooked and ate outside almost every day and enjoyed the sound of the water lapping the shore. The property was very clean when we arrived, and we slept comfortably at night. Kids also biked and swam a lot. Wireless works best in the middle house. The only issue we found would be easy to fix - some of the screen doors need to be repaired/replaced. Otherwise, we were comfortable and had a lot of fun!
