"We enjoyed our week in this quaint cabin on Lake Ossipee. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We have stayed in many cottages over the years and this one had a great variety of dishes and pots and pans. We cook almost all of our meals while we are at the lake and besides some counter space there was nothing lacking. We had brought a small folding table which came in handy for extra space. The stairs up to the two upstairs bedrooms are steep but were okay for one week. The water pressure in the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. All in all a great week - lots of private beachfront, a nice dock for our rental boat, good location in a cove close to shopping and a quiet road to take walks on along the lake. The owners were there to greet us both upon arrival and departure and were friendly and helpful."

"My husband and I enjoyed a lovely week on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. There could not be nicer and more welcoming hosts/owners than Bryan and his family. Though they are right next door, ( and you share a dock) they kindly gave us privacy. The house is very tidy and well cared for. It's slightly quirky with a kitchen and living/sleeping space on both levels. Ideal for a family with teenagers. Because it was just the two of us we stayed mainly on the first level where the view is quite nice! At times, the space felt a bit tight and we may have preferred more space. The town of Meredith is worth exploring and so nice to be able to walk from Bryan's place. For some reason the coin operated laundry bugged me but I know it wouldn't bother everyone. What it lacked in charm it made up for in hosts and a beautiful view and easy water access."

"Me and my office friends stayed at this place during Jan 2015. We did snowshoeing and we didn’t have to go anywhere at all. We could just hike around the house. The river in front is just beautiful. It’s a very nice and big house with all facilities. We had no issues on anything. Owner Eric is very responsive and affable. Price is very reasonable. We would certainly return to this property."

"The cottage was nicely laid out and accommodated a larger group without a problem.
I loved the beach and the other people in the cottages that shared the property were all friendly and made us feel welcome."
