"This was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. The owner responded to all of our inquires immediately. The pictures do not do this property justice. We were presently surprised with all the space this house had. The house was meticulously clean. It is literally on the top of the mountain. The view was breath taking. Would definitely recommend this property to others."

"My family and I stayed in Jane's and Bev's cottage for a nice family getaway. The cottage was so cozy and had a nice fire pit for late night smores and conversations. Super short walk to the private dock with a shallow lake that my 3 year old enjoyed. I would definitely recommend staying here and Jane and Bev are auper great and accommodating.

"We had a fantastic week at this cottage - both when the weather was sunny and rainy. It was well provisioned - had everything we needed to enjoy a quiet week and the owners were friendly and welcoming. The dogs LOVED the yard and the peninsula (so did our 11-yr old son, and our nephews when they visited for a day), and we enjoyed everything about the place. Coffee in the morning on the peninsula, using our paddleboard and inflatable kayak off the dock, reading and cards inside on rainy days, walking down to the general store for ice cream, smores around the firepit at night. The local general store is friendly and has everything you could ask for in terms of provisions, and when you don't want to cook, the Poor People's Pub is walkable and yummy for good food. The lake was quiet and beautiful - we saw and heard lots of loons, and enjoyed checking out a pair of bald eagles who spent a lot of time on the lake - we saw them a lot paddleboarding, and even got to see the female swoop down and grab a fish within about 50 feet of us one day. Couldn't have asked for a better week and lovely place to stay. We look forward to our stay next summer!"

"Stayed at Sue's property with my wife and little one for the first week of September - what a fantastic spot! The house is in a private cove, so away from the "noise", and facing the perfect direction so you get nice, cool mornings without the sun blinding you, but then get to enjoy the sun setting in the west. Spent several evenings out on the deck enjoying a drink - our little one (18 months) enjoyed playing in the yard, on the little beach, and watching the ducks swim past. Location is absolutely perfect - five minutes from Meredith's great restaurants and the grocery store, and 5 minutes in the other direction is one of our favourite spots, Moulton Farm (try the corn, it's life-changing!) Also a short drive from Funspot, Weirs Beach, the Tilton Outlets, etc. My family has been coming up to NH and the lakes area for years, and it's places like this that make us keep coming back! Can't thank Sue enough for her hospitality, and similarly can't recommend this place enough! The pictures really don't do it justice! Oh, I almost forgot the best parts - the outdoor shower and floating picnic table! What a treat! We will absolutely be back!"
