"I went up there over winter vacation and was amazed at how unusually nice it was: cozy, warm, well furnished, well appointed, and overall an incredibly nice place to visit. You can even see the lake! You get comfy beds (better than mine at home) a real kitchen that you can actually cook in; lots of natural light...
It's convenient (there's a grocery less than a mile away,) friendly, reasonably priced, and, well, just go rent it. You'll be glad you did.
Having rented other places before, you may not understand how good this one is until you arrive. And as an added benefit the owners are SUPER nice and very responsive."

"We spent 4 days at this house on gorgeous Lake Winnisquam and everything was great. A perfect location. We were able to quickly get supplies down the street at the local market and deli. We were able to rent a pontoon boat for a couple days and park it right at the house on the dock! So convenient. The house was clean and provided great views of the lake, as advertised. Catherine was super attentive and answered ALL of my many questions almost immediately. The entire rental process was a breeze."

"My husband and I enjoyed a lovely week on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. There could not be nicer and more welcoming hosts/owners than Bryan and his family. Though they are right next door, ( and you share a dock) they kindly gave us privacy. The house is very tidy and well cared for. It's slightly quirky with a kitchen and living/sleeping space on both levels. Ideal for a family with teenagers. Because it was just the two of us we stayed mainly on the first level where the view is quite nice! At times, the space felt a bit tight and we may have preferred more space. The town of Meredith is worth exploring and so nice to be able to walk from Bryan's place. For some reason the coin operated laundry bugged me but I know it wouldn't bother everyone. What it lacked in charm it made up for in hosts and a beautiful view and easy water access."

"Yes, many wonderful memories were made when my husband and I stayed with our three sons and their families (4 grandchildren under the age of three). The home was beyond our expectation; clean, open and spacious. Words cannot begin to describe the beautiful, private, dead end location, the sandy beach and crystal clear water was enjoyed by all the family members. Panoramic views from the deck and beach of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen came in handy as we all took turns creating wonderful meals for the family! The dock was perfect for our boat and jet ski. Oh yes, the camp fires on the beach..Heavenly! Dave was a pleasure to deal with, and we all want to thank him for allowing us to have these happy memories of his beautiful home! We certainly would come and vacation here again."
