"We loved the house and had an AMAZING time. We were 2 families staying here with kids ranging from 4 months to 5 years old and there was something for everyone. There was plenty of space and the views of the lake were incredible. The best part was the large expansive lawn with lots of water frontage. There is a firepit made from boulders from the property, a picnic table, a dock to jump off, water toys, a canoe and more. The care that is put into the property comes through. There are tons of toys, books and games and the kitchen is fully stocked. We have rented over 7 different properties through vrbo over the years and this one stands out. Owners were friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"My family had an amazing time at this beautiful waterfront cabin! We were very happy with the beautiful views and boat rentals right next door. The whole house was very clean and comfortable. I would totally rent here again!"

"This place is what you imagine when you think of a lakeside retreat: a winding dirt road through the woods, a homey wood cabin with history in the walls, the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore outside your door. The owners were very accomodating about squeezing us in as a last minute replacement for a cancellation, and very friendly and helpful in our communications throughout. (Though they're so well-versed in renting this out, that there really isn't much need to get in touch once you're there.) You're well out of the way, but it's just a ten minute drive back to the heart of Wolfeboro village. There's a private, sandy crescent beach, with a wade out through a sandy cove, and water clear to the bottom even as you swim out to the platform. You're tucked in a nook midway up the eastern shore of the lake, with sun all afternoon and fantastic sunsets over the water. The kitchen is well supplied, and we cooked lunch and dinner on the grill almost every day. The family history is evident all around inside, with old pictures of the construction, knickknacks, driftwood discoveries and more peppered throughout the house; but you don't feel like an intruder, you feel like a welcome guest."

"My husband and I had a dreamlike time away staying at this Lake House; So relaxing and enjoyable. The house is very clean. The living room has comfortable recliners and a nice size TV. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything that you will need. The queen bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is a good size with double sinks! We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch eating and reading and enjoying the view of the lake. I took some nice power walks through the area. The owners were delightful and around if you needed them, but never intrusive. The private beach area is awesome with the beautiful lake and mountain view and the use of the fire pit and boats. We enjoyed eating at the Pizza Barn and Windy Fields Farm. My husband and I are looking forward to booking this house again and I would like to book it for me and my two sisters. Such nice memories we have taken with us from our stay at this Ossipee Lake House!"
